18My husband is a long time customer of Jersey Mike’s subs (years). However, he received the worst sandwich ever yesterday. It cost $19.95, Italian sub and ordered “Mikes way”. When he got it home, it contained only 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese. The rest was lettuce, tomato and the bread! Horrible! This is highway robbery! They are skimping so much on the meat despite raising their prices. He was SO disappointed and will not longer be ordering from Jersey Mikes. Awful sandwich and a big waste of money!
This will be the last time I come in here. Last experience was the same. There's 1 customer in the store and it takes 15 minutes JUST to order. 1 person is cooking while the other is cleaning up. Plan on spending 30 minutes before you get your food. Customer service is hit an miss.today was not good or bad just eh.last time staff was miserable and made you feel like an inconvenience.

Good food but terrible customer service I understand I came in right before closing but Ray at least that’s the name the employee said, had a horrible attitude. When I asked for a blt he said “we’re out of bacon it’s 10 minutes before closing” and proceeded to show me the time on his phone as if I don’t already know that. I own a business in the same center and I expect my employees to work until the last minute we are open. Not just that but his attitude was very nonchalant as if he doesn’t care about his job. With that type of attitude he will be working fast food for a very long time. Not somebody I would ever hire for my business, hopefully management can retrain him or realized that this guys poor attitude is losing them business. Or maybe the management here doesn’t care about poor customer experiences or customer retention, they have the same automated reply to every bad review and it doesn’t seem like anything has ever changed. We’ll see how long their doors stay open!

Meat shaved fresh as ordered, very delicious
Service was great. Preparer seemed experienced and was efficient.
Sandwiches were tasty.
Foods good, however don't bother ordering online before visiting, your sub will not be ready by the time you arrive and they will be servicing those in line before you.
Kinda kills the purpose of "order online to save time"
One of my favorite places to go but my last experience was horrible. I went in about 30 minutes before closing time and my food was cold. Two cheese steaks for $30 I should at least get a warm sandwich. Both were cold and mainly bread and peppers. Definitely skimped on the meat. Super disappointing.
I used to go here everyday and buy a sandwich but your staff was so miserable and sad they would get irritated when I came in to buy something. I've stopped going here months ago now because the staff was so ashamed of their lives. Apparently they don't know there's nothing to be ashamed of doing a food service job. What's a shame is not showing resilience in the face of adversity and being miserable at work while facing the public. Your staff literally drive your customers and profits out the door. Good luck getting some decent staff. I know it's an uphill battle.
Tuna sandwich fell apart, bread was sopping with watery tuna. Poorly made- a couple jalapenos & pickles, wilted lettuce. They told me to come to store for new sandwich? !? ! Why would I have chosen delivery?

Delicious! Great staff and clean restaurant. We got the chipotle chicken and the chipotle cheese steak. Both very yummo! Coming back for sure
Food was good. My kids enjoyed it but customer service was something else. Maybe the kid was new I don't know but he had to be prompted to take our order and he hesitated a but and then went for someone else to assist. When another employee came out to help take our order he seemed frustrated and did this best to rush us through to get to another customer as at this time the line was getting longer. I feel for human and hope he starts to catch up and learn the process.
Fire these two ladies.they do nothing but talk even with customers in line. Stood there waiting to be acknowledged forever until one got off the phone. If they had name tags I'll call them out by their name.it's pathetic because their bringing bad customer service

Well i ordered ahead of time on the app. Tried to call that we are on the way. Got here and the crew was not overwhelmed at all waited 15min for order.
I had what started to be a bad experience, on my last visit.
With the help and calmness of a very pleasent young lady, it turned out great. I'll definitely keep going back.
I had jersey mikes once and it was delicious however this wasn’t me buying from there, I was picking up an Uber order and they were very nice and even offered me a drink. I had to give the good review just for them being courteous and asking:)
