15Had a great experience going into this location last week. I’ve gone to other Jersey mikes in the Tucson area where it was not like this. There were two boys there, Logan and Christian, both had really good manners and made sure they got everything on my order to perfection. Will be going back soon!
Alex and Chris are awesome! My husband and I have Celiac and Alex made sure to take extra care to ensure that we would not have any cross- contamination. He was also friendly and professional. Chris did a great job of making sure to get our sandwiches exactly the way we like them. Both gentlemen made this an amazing experience! What a great start to the year!
Wondering why it's so hard to read a simple instruction like not putting on olive oil. You guys drenched my sandwich in oil and I paid extra for bacon that I never got and you guys can't answer the phone. Poor poor customer service. Honestly it's not that hard to make a sandwich!
Original Iyalian with sweet peppers done Mike's Way is right up there with my all time favorite Italian sub. Quality ingredients and great taste. There are a lot of places to get a sub these days, but why bother if you have Jersey Mike's for an option?
Updated for response: Food was pretty good.place was empty, but it took a long time since they had to fill ALL the phone in orders first. Didn't expect it would take longer than a regular restaurant. Last remark, the non-restaurant food service industry is a bit over board on requesting tips. I'm done with that. No need for the Jersey-Mike BOT to respond to this review, I don't need a follow up.

So I don't usually go off on a place. It was first thing when they opened but I ordered the sub and the guy said he needed to cook the meat so I sat down, few minutes later. He just hands me this sub. Didn't ask if I wanted anything on it. It was already wrapped and ready to go. Also price wise they were out of control. $17.50 for a sub is ridiculous and my total came to $22. Apparently a 32 oz soft drink is an additional $5. The food was good but I ain't going back.
Michael you are a complete rock start this is the place to come out of all the places we could have gone to we came here for our 11 year anniversary awesome thank you!
The general manager Alan has been such an amazing employee his sandwiches are top tier custom service is great and overall keeps the store good and in tact keep up the good work Alan!
So awesome! A Famous Philly with chicken The tall young lady with piercings and the young man who made the sandwich are both equally amazing people and servers! The young lady is a manager and has been to JM’s in New Jersey, where I was born. Pretty cool along being in Tucson, too. Check ‘em out when you’re in town.
My coworkers and I ordered lunch and I went down to pick it up. When I got back to the office I realized they didn't give me one of the sandwiches. When I called, the girl who answered immediately knew which sandwich was not made and asked if I wanted a refund or to come pick it up. Since we needed to eat, I said I would come back to pick it up and she said it would be ready for me when I got there. When I did get there, I had to wait for it to be made as they still hadn't made it. The girl behind the counter gave a half hearted apology but didn't really do anything to try to make the situation better. When I got back to the office and went to eat the tuna wrap I had ordered, the tuna was like soup there was so much liquid in it. They didn't put the dill pickles on it like I had asked and I only ate half the sandwich because it was so liquidy and unappetizing. All in all, I don't think I will be back.
I had an issue on my end with doordash and ended up coming to pick up my order super late. The employees working there were so understanding and so accommodating! Definitely went above and beyond. Plus the food was delicious, definitely better than Charleys! Lol!
Awesome! And they have decent gluten free bread. Make sure to try the cpr sauce it is killer.
The food handlers were not wearing hair nets. Big no in my eyes. And lack of communication between the both of them.a few other things I found was a no go again for me.
Food was great, music was great and staff was pretty good. The team isn't very cohesive but they yet the job done. All in all I would recommend.
Waited over 10 mins when I was the only person ordering because they take call in orders before people inside. Never coming back to any jersey mikes
