I consider myself a knowledgeable person because I like doing extensive research on everything before I jump into to something new. When my wife and I decided to purchase a home last year I probably saw hundreds of hours of you tube videos explaining the ins and outs of everything from how much down payment we should save up to tips on how to ask the seller for concessions. As much research I could have done on my own it does not compare to the experience that a good real estate agent can offer. We found this to be true when we chose to pick Jesse as our real estate agent. My wife and I have finally achieved the dream of owning our first home and that would not have been possible if it wasnt for Jesse and his crew. Jesse went above and beyond for us as im sure he does for all of his customers. Since the beginning he explained every single step of the way to us. He took the time to let us get to know him and what he can do to help us get the home we were looking for. After that we were on our way with Alma looking at homes in the Glendale area. Where Jesse truly shined was the moment we found the home for us he aggressively helped us put together an offer for the seller. I say aggressively because that is what is needed in todays market. Although the seller had other offers I know it was because of Jesses experience that we were able to get our offer accepted first. After we got our offer accepted, Jesse helped us every step of the way with the negotiations. He even went as far as changing a door in the home that was required after the banks appraisal. We get our keys today and we couldnt be happier with how smooth and quick everything happened thanks to Jesse and his crew. Thank you guys.

Jesse sold my house during a turning market. It was a stressful experience but he kept me updated and got me a price that I was satisfied with. The communication was solid, he took care of most things for me, and his assistant was helpful as well. The only thing I wish was better was the communication during the repair negotiation process. He must have been pretty busy during that time and I was really stressing about that. However, even during a market where it was rough for home buyers Jesse got the job done. After the house went under contract he even sent me a video to congratulate me. He also checked in on me after the sale to see how I was doing and made sure I got the money for the sale. You can tell that Jesse cares about you as a client and I would recommend his services!
