Jesse Owens Park reviews
13I love this park it's kept up well. There's lots of shady places to park there's lots of picnic tables. Ball fields and a great toy area for the kids to play on.
One of the best t-ball and little league places I've ever been at. Cean, family oriented and it's in my community.love
On October 8,2022, I took my Grandddaughter to Jessie Owen's Park for cheerleading practice. They had baseball /softball games playing the entire time we were at the park. I find Jesse Owen's Park to be clean, grass well cut, baseball fields marked and cut appropriately, litter picked up and all around folk like me utilizing this park for enrichment and enjoyment.
Great family park, with sports fields, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, swimming, and play areas.maintained continuously.
It was a nice park I really enjoyed all the kids there. It created a welcoming environment for my child.i wish the bathrooms had a bit more curb appeal so we didn't feel the need to go home.
If your going to play tennis, basketball or baseball it good. Picnic tables in the middle of the sun and no electricity at Ramadas. Kids playing offensive music not a place to bring younger kids.
Probably safer if the police patrolled more, have less drug deals form in the back lot! When they do drive through, every now and again, all the cars (back there) scatter. Quite the sight.
This is a nice, quiet park with two different jungle gym and slide areas, close parking, and huge basketball court! Plenty of grass.
Actually had some serious shade trees to have our gathering under. Beautiful surroundings with great facilities. Sadly the pool is not open.
Nice little park. Hidden in the neighborhood. Not like all the other hood parks in Tucson. Don't disturb the hawk sleeping in the back. Lol
Clean park, plenty of room to park. Great place to walk and enjoy the green grass and green beautiful trees. Areas for children to play and watch games.
It is a beautiful last Sunday of February. Not hot, not cold, just a perfect, breezy day. My beloved and I enjoyed our lunch at the park. People were out and about enjoying the day. We even saw a colorful butterfly.
The staff at Jesse Owens must work really hard to keep the park nice for everyone. Thankyou.our family loves Jesse Owens Park. (P. S. Be sure to teach your family the history of the famous Jesse Owens.)
