The Medical Assistant Miriam was a rock star!
I was not able to complete paperwork before seeing practitioner. This was my only tiny issue.
Dr. Serrano was quick and efficient.
All of my needs were met.
I am very happy I found this office.

Dr Serrano Rodriguez is so sweet and listens to her patients. Appointments are always on time (which is huge for an OB) and her staff is incredibly friendly! So glad I found her!

Dr. Serrano is very energetic, she exudes positive energy which allows you to speak open and honestly about your symptoms and concerns. She is both gentle and swift during exams. I left the office visit feeling confident in her care and that she truly listened to my needs. I Highly recommend her as a physician.

This was my second time with Dr. Serrano, first for OB and although she is sweet, I have never felt so brushed to the side. I'm a first time mom and obviously had MANY questions/concerns. She came in and started talking at the speed of light not letting me or my partner write anything down or truly comprehend anything. She didn't give me a list of anything to avoid during my first trimester and told me to drink water for cramping & take a prenatal. The wait for her was longer than the actual visit which was roughly 10 minutes. She told us to contact her assistant/MA with any questions instead of her taking the time to answer or offer to speak to me herself. She didn't discuss a birth plan or recommend where to go for the actual labor when the time comes, she just threw random dates for check ups at me. I felt unimportant & like my pregnancy didn't matter.

Very organized and structured place. Is it to understand what to do and where to go to.they offices in the new building and everything is so clean and nice new equipment. Also, my doctor was amazingly professional and kind. I would recommend everybody to get to this location.

Dr. Serrano told me I had a miscarriage because my gestational sac was empty, so she had me take Cytotec. I took the pills and went back for an ultrasound and she then told me I had a baby measuring at 7 weeks on the screen, but that now it looked abnormal and that I needed to go to planned parenthood.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken in on time. I really appreciated the time and care that Dr. Serrano-Rodriguez provided. She gave me options and let me partner with her regarding my care which I really appreciated.

years ago. Then moved to Virginia.came back to Tucson recently and became her patient once again. Highly recommended.

First visit, I choose Dr Serrano-Rodriguez because my mother sees her she recommended her. Best decision I could have made she's super sweet, gentle and very informative. Im excited moving forward and would highly recommend her

I usually have a pretty positive experience when seeing Dr. Serrano the only thing I dont like very much is its not always easy to reach her and recently I lost my mucus plug and was trying to contact someone to see if I needed to be seen sooner but was unable to reach anyone

Great experience finally! After being in this area over two years it was a relief and joy to finally find a doctor who takes all the time necessary with her patients, is knowledgeable on the latest treatment advances and procedures and offers an abundance of knowledge with a wonderful and caring bedside manor. Communication was fabulous. She makes her patients needs seem as though they are the most important and a priority That is so rare here in Tucson

Dr. Serrano is so sweet and approachable! She made us feel so comfortable! Absolutely so thankful to have an amazing OB for baby #3! Especially coming from a new place it is always nerve wracking moving. She truly was made for this and listens to you and your wants/needs.

I went to Dr. Serrano-Rodriguez after having a terrible experience with a previous doctor. She listened to me, gave me the information I was looking for, and was actually able to do the procedure the other doctor said they couldn't. Excellent experience. Highly recommend!

The doctor was good, however the wait to see her was almost 3 hrs long. The MA said that it was due to a registration error but no one ever checked. Finally after seeing patients being taken in that came in long after us I asked and was finally brought in. This makes me not really want to visit again.
