I booked Jet Limousine for my best friends bachelor party in Phoenix. Driver was early, did not rush us, and beyond respectful. Car was a beauty, and we were riding in style! It was a great experience and I will for sure be booking again in the future for my brothers wedding. Would highly recommend.

They got caught dropping off illegal migrants from the border to the PHX airport, I have seen them twice. If you are an American, you should be ASHAMED to use JET Limousines.

My family was cut off by erratic bus driver when I was being dropped off at Sky Harbor Airport. Tried to get the plate but only managed to see the jet limo trade mark. The bus actually pulled in next to us where it appeared to be dropping off illegal immigrants! Sad when a business has stooped so low that they have to participate in illegal activity and hire horrible drivers that bring lots of attention to what they are doing.

Reporting this company to the attorney general for aiding and abetting illegal immigrants. They know what they are doing and it’s ILLEGAL. Greed will be your downfall.

Our conference had a complimentary shuttle between our hotel and the conference. Our driver Debbie was amazing! I watched her back the huge bus up like it was nothing! She was also super friendly which is always nice at the start of one's busy day.

We had a week trip to Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and our driver was amazing I believe I had this driver before he was a rock star not only got us back safe but really took care of us. I mean above and beyond service. Bus was clean bus smells good. And the most important part the kids and I love him I forget his name but bus number 5625 thank you sir! We will continue using JET for our trips.

Was not impressed at all. Driver showed up late and the bus was very hot! It didn't seem the air conditioning worked.

Jet destroyed my event; The bus showed up 18 minutes late, with no ac on a day it was 95 degrees. My guests complained of the uncomfortable temps for the ride to chandler from downtown phoenix. Then the driver refused to drop off in front of the business, which is located in a strip mall. Instead, he drove appx 200 feet away and parked the bus in a deserted part of a parking lot and made all 60 of my clients walk 5 minutes to the restaurant where their food was already cold due to the bus being late. They also refused to pickup the group in front of restaurant, and made them walk the 200 feet where the bus had parked. Extremely poor service from driver, dispatcher, and owner, who eventually contacted me and asked me to take down my yelp review. All good limo companies go out of their way to deliver the clients as close as possible to the restaurant's front doors. Jet does not, so be prepared to expect that if you happen to pay for their service. It wasn't even a hard or busy place to drop off at the front door- it was BKD's in chandler, on a monday. Throughout the evening I get conflicting stories from driver and dispatcher. The driver stated the bus was hot because jet limo failed to "precool" the bus when he picked it up, and that the bus couldn't cool down in 10 minutes because thats how far away jet limo is from the pickup- this doesn't make sense because the driver showed up 18 minutes late. Then the dispatcher later tells me it was because the driver didn't know how to turn the ac on because this was his first time driving that bus. I requested to speak to someone in management and the dispatcher told me he would "put a note in the system" to have someone call me about my issues. This never happened, so several days later I start posting reviews and thats when the owner emailed me, saying if I continue posting reviews about his company that he will not do anything to resolve the issues. Overall, I am so disappointed with this company. You should think of them as the walmart of limo companies.absolutely horrible customer service.

We highly recommend Jet Limo. We have used Jet Limo for several summers to transport campers to/from Phoenix and a Christian camp in Prescott. Over several weeks of camp, we had a variety of bus drivers from Jet Limo, and all were friendly, helpful, kind, and patient with the kids. We appreciate the service from Jet Limo, including the prompt responses for quotes or questions, the punctuality of the drivers, and the multiple communications during each trip, from arrival at the pickup location to unloading at the final destination.

Super nice customer service on the phone for lost items but no return calls yet. Hopefully they will call us back if they found our item.

Jet Limo has been one of the best transportation companies I have used throughout the country. I've used them for many occasions both big and small - for large conventions, weddings, and work events. Getting 200 people picked up from the airport is not an easy feat, and from my personal experience, they made that process seamless. I would recommend.

BE CAREFUL! Once you send cc info.they charge you later a cancellation fee even though you cancel on the same day you hand your cc info. Trying to reach them after you realize the charge being processed, they just ignore you.but keep the money. Please be careful.

Huge shoutout to Billy the owner for making our trip that much more enjoyable and pleasant! Billy was very flexible and able to accomodate my last minute request. Our driver Kelton was amazing, very hospitable and professional. Highly recommend for your transportation needs! FG

We use jet Limo exclusively for all of our couples weddings at Th Arthouse View in San Tan Valley.
They have been super communicative and work to give us excellent service.
I highly recommend Jet Limousine and Transportation for any event. Large or small.
