Not happy with consistent flaws in wedding ring. A stone fell out first day I even wore it and then when questioning uneven solder work it was suggested I was being “too picky”. For better quality go elsewhere.

I’ve visited this jewelry store a total of three times. The first visit was pleasant the second and third not so much. They were very dismissive, not at all interested in doing business with me. I even referred my brother there and he said that he didn’t have a pleasant experience either.

Awesome service. Great folks. Looking for quality id say its worth a trip. And they even fix broken stuff.

They quickly replaced my watch battery and their selection of jewelry is gorgeous. Definitely a small business everyone needs to check out. Both people working were very kind, helpful, and social!

Update from our previous review, 3 years ago. Jewelsmith is still great! We are an internet based retailer of fine Irish and Celtic jewelry and occasionally we require jewelry repair. For the past several years we have relied on Jewelsmith for all our repairs and ring sizing. They have consistently provided quick and competent work. We have been very pleased and will continue to use Jewelsmith for all our needs.

GREAT REPAIR AND COMMUNICATION. I live in Michigan and needed a red coral stone replaced in a ring I bought in Sedona. I sent them the ring (and another silver ring that needed reshaping) and both were fixed beautifully and quickly. And a very fair price for all of it.

My favorite way to conduct business is to do it with Jewelsmith! This store can meet all your jewelry needs for repairs, ring sizing, trading and purchasing. I have known Sue and Bridgett for years. These ladies have always treated my mother, sisters and I with professionalism, industry knowledge and personal respect & consideration. Besides all that - Oh, For Fun!

I am so thrilled to have found Jewel Smith! I came to them with my most treasured piece, a silver bracelet my dad had made for me when I was 7 years old. 47 years later, my dad is now 84 years old, and the bracelet had cracked and broken into pieces. Everyone at Jewel Smith was so kind, understanding the sentimentality I had for it and appreciated how precious it was. They said they would do their best and Francisco, their incredibly talented craftsman, took tremendous care and beautifully repaired it. I almost cried when I saw it, so wonderfully and painstakingly restored.

Next week I’m going to visit my dad, and will proudly wear the bracelet when I see him, a loving token he gave his little girl so many years ago. I am deeply grateful to Francisco and everyone at Jewel Smith for the loving care, beautiful craftsmanship and prompt, stellar work. Thank you!

Have used 5 other Jewelers for repairs over the last 30 years in Phoenix area. Was not happy with any of them. Finely found this place while searching for Native American jewelry repair. This place Jewelsmith is the BEST there is Great quality work. Best pricing in town and Wonderful helpful staff. Only place I will go from now on.

I called before I came here & asked if they could remove a couple if watch links for me on the spot & they replied that yes no problem. So I drive here immediately & when I arrive I am told the person is out to lunch/ taking a walk around the block. So I have been waiting for 30 min now. Disappointed to say the least.

My Navajo watch cuff was fixed beautifully and quickly. I have nothing but praise for their service.

Great service and helpful staff. I needed a few items polished just before the holidays. They did a great job and turnaround was very quick. Some jewelry stores can be shady or dishonest but Jewelsmith is neither. They've definitely earned my future business.

I am beyond pleased with this place. First and foremost, they’re family owned and family operated. Secondly, The owners are both very kind people and very easy to do business with. I felt as though I was leaving a VERY expensive piece of jewelry with one of my own family members or friends.

Here’s my experience:

A few years back, my great grandfather passed away and left his favorite ring to me. (his favorite grandson hehe) It’s a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Completely custom. To both he and I, the ring is priceless. Although I have had it appraised and it’s apparently worth just north of $5,000. Needless to say, I was a little nervous to have it worked on. The stone fell out and needed to be re-set.

To make a long story short, not only did they re-set the stone, but they also removed these pesky sizing beads that my great grandfather had installed years ago to fit his progressively-shrinking fingers after he fell ill and began rapidly losing weight. They also cleaned the ring and the stone for me. The ring has never shined so brightly.

I am so happy. So so so happy. Thank you guys so much for taking care of a priceless family heirloom. And thank you for listening to my story and not only being understanding/sympathetic, but also for making sure to treat this ring as if it was a family heirloom of your own.

Took my two gold rope chains here to be repaired and they were able to repair them in about 20 minutes. (maybe less) everywhere else I called told me it would be 3 weeks to get them fixed except here! Highly recommend!
