Jiffy Lube, Phoenix AZ

Attendant spilled a quart of oil on my engine trying to put the oil in quickly.
My engine is still smoking, and that was yesterday. Prices were very high for a 6 cylinder truck.
Will not go back.

I absolutely love coming to Jiffy lube for my oil changes! Service is fast and the staff go above and beyond to give me the best experience. They are very informative and helpful when explaining important details, and last time I was there they gave me a good discount to change my oil and replace my air filter! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience. Was heading on a road trip and needed my oil changed so I decided to take it in, instead of doing it myself. I was completely satisfied with the service! Brett was the technician.that checked me in, he went over my honda Fit info and everything tht I would need. He is a complete asset to your company and I will go back again because of him.

I have visited several different Jiffy Lubes over he years and found this one to be consistently one of the best.

The gentlemen working here are friendly and polite. They seemed more safety oriented, rather than just trying to make a sale.

I won't be back staff was good but they didn't tell me I had a l leak in my car I Know they not mechanic but u want to tell me I needs filter Chile bye won't be back there

I called frantically this morning (around 9am) wondering if I can come in for an emergency oil change, radiator fixings, etc.while also giving them a time limit. Not only were they reassuring & calm, but they were diligent! I had a meeting to get to in Tempe & they were so fast that I arrived 20 mins early!
I really appreciated the way they considered my budget & informed me on some ways to maintain my car without busting my wallet.
Great service, both with customers & cars! I will certainly be back!

Something must have changed bc I think someone was trying to get me to pay extra for synthetic oil vs conventional (which I’ve always gotten in my vehicle). Guy said “he was just given a talking to about it and isn’t supposed to do it”. Ok bye!

I've been to a couple of Jiffy Lubes in the area and I had a great experience at this location. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and unlike a lot of other locations they offer more in-depth work if needed.

I wasn't expecting much going in on a whim, but I left very impressed. The service was friendly, honest, professional, and thorough. For the first time in a long time I left a vehicle maintenance service feeling confident that I knew plenty of specific information about my car's overall health, and that I was truly getting a bargain for the services I needed. I feel compelled to give a good review for places that leave an impression on me, and I will be back to Jiffy Lube and this location specifically, even if it's a little out of my way. Kudos to the excellent staff!

It was my first time going to Jiffy Lube, my oil was getting a little low and I was worried about my air filters. The service man, Tyler, took excellent care of my vehicle, assured me my air filter was in good shape but explained some other preventative measures that would be more pertinent and taught me some general timelines for maintenance.

He was very kind and not pushy at all, he was very respectful of my budget and got my vehicle in excellent shape with some additional services at a great price. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I had already been to 2 shops in the area, 1 was too busy, the other didn't care, so when I got to Jiffy Lube I wasn't expecting great customer service, above and beyond great CS is what they gave me. Thank you Michael! You are super awesome!

Went to get an oil change recently a week ago at this location, pulled in with my vehicle and asked some questions so I went ahead with the service. I had my children with me as we waited in the lounge. Not only was the service dragged out for more then 30 minutes but one of my young ones heard something through the open window to the garage and heard one of the young men say a derogatory word. Later my child asked me what it mean't and this just had me feeling completely disappointed in the work behavior of the employees. As embarassed as I was I never even brought it up to the person in charge or bothered to call the complaint line. I don't remember the names of the employees as you can't see their name unless they walk up to you. One looked tall with glasses and the other was a skinny guy with short brown or black hair with a stubble like beard. I don't recommend bringing your children into this jiffy lube or rather anyone into this jiffy lube at all. I'd rather have my spouse take it elsewhere.

They left the oil cap off and oil sprayed over the entire engine compartment. Fortunately, it occurred while I was about to pull out, but I noticed oil on the grill. The techs had to clean the entire engine compartment. This was a huge delay for a service that should have been jiffy and a step that should be a required check list critical control point.

Stopped in for an oil change on a Saturday. They were quick to greet me and let me know it would be about a 30 min wait. The store was clean and coffee was free. They noticed my rear wiper blade needed replaced and gave a deal to get that done. As they were checking me out at the 20 min mark they informed me about there windshield replacement program for my chipped window. This has became my new Jiffy Lube Location as they were up front and fast with they quality service.

Store 1664 is wonderful. From my phone call to determine availability, to the completion of the work, the personable phone manner, and personable greeting. A very nice, enthusiastic, and helpful crew. Wonderful service this store!

Use this place all the time.have 6 cars.went in to get oil change.told the wait was 45 min.too long!
now that they do other mechanical work, the quick oil change is history!
