I was in and out of there super fast. He told me everything I needed didn't pressure me into anything. They got me all set and ready to go up north. I will be coming here for all future needs.

The “signature service” is supposed to include window wash. I was told upon cashing out that this checkpoint was completed when it obviously was not. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until after I left, and didn’t have time to go back to deal with it. It makes me wonder what other checkpoints were checked off without actually doing the work? Reguardless, I will not be going back.

The people will will knowledge of my vehicle and it didn't take that long to perform the services needed and rendered on my vehicle I really appreciate that because I'm on constant time crunches.

There was no wait at all, I drove up and the employees were quick to greet me. The manager explained my options for oil change, gave me some helpful information, and I was done in 20 minutes! Very pleased with the customer service at this location!

They dare charge my little car over $80 for an oil change that I usually get at Walmart for $45, I think they tried taking advantage of a woman. Never again here!

Went in on a Sat Afternoon for just an oil change. Was told an hour wait to start my vehicle. Waited 30-45 and was out in 1hr 30mins. Of course all places try and upsell other services but its easy to deny. Only bad thing I'd say there was no cups for coffee!

Everything was great did the checks they were to do change oil and filter checked fluids used all synthetic oil per my request and was out the door in 30 mins. Far less time than going to dealer and waiting 2 to 3 hours.

Waited until my car was in the bay to tell me that they ran out of the synthetic blend. And didn't leave me any other option but to upgrade and pay $30 more than I was told at the beginning.

These guys are always great; professional, friendly, competent. Hardly ever a long wait. Super quick service. I take all my cars here.

Worth going to despite the construction on the main road adjacent. Fast, good, and friendly service.

2nd 3rd 4th horrible.
Left filler caps off. Did not reset for oil change. Made a mess and we're to preoccupied having fun than attn to detail.

This was the worst place I've ever taken my vehicle. The staff manager was rude and was embarrassing to watch her throw a fit at another customer. She had no customer service skills and then started cussing at another customer. I recorded my encounter soon after with this manager and she wasnt any nicer to myself. I asked for a receipt and she refused to give me one. There is so much more but I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE AT ALL. Not worth the problem is the manager is having a bad day.

Awesome shop! They had my Equinox in and out in less than 15 minutes! All of the staff are super respectful and easy to talk to! I definitely will be coming back

Glad I went back, there were busy and suggested i come back. I did and they did a good job. A little oil on inside of car, but easily cleaned up.

My wife was scammed into paying $85 for just an oil change. They convinced her our van needed a special synthetic oil as the reason for the high cost. The cherry on top of this trash heap of an experience is that the car stunk so bad when they finished she had to drive to the closest gas station for an air freshener. Avoid this criminal establishment at all costs.

They tried to rip me off and not answer my questions before starting my service. They really sucked

I don't trust any oil change places as they always try to up sell you things you don't need. Prices don't really seam to be the same every time I go. The only reason I go to this place is because it is close to home and the wait time is usually only around 15 minutes. I did experience a problem here once. They told me my windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced as they were torn but I know for a fact that they were fine when I arrived there. The employee ripped my blade in hopes of selling me new ones. They give you a print out of everything the claim to have done while your car was serviced. It always shows that they vacuumed and cleaned the windows and they NEVER do! I really don't care that they don't do these things I just don't like them saying they did when they didn't. If you have a place that you are comfortable with, I would say drive on past this place and get your auto serviced somewhere else.

Great customer service, fast & efficient. I went without an appointment they took my truck right away. The manager from the val vista location was there to help and he was very friendly & very professional. Definitely coming back to this place.

I came in for an oil change and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving without acknowledgement. I understand that they are busy but a wave or even eye contact would have been fine. I went down the street to firestone and as soon as I pulled in 2 workers (who were busy) turned from what they were doing and waved. One met me inside and he was very nice and helpful. So I guess I’m a firestone girl!

Two trips here and two horrible experiences. The first one a couple years ago. They did the oil change, but left the oil cap off my car and I drove off. Car started smoking and then there was oil all over my engine compartment.

Against my better judgement I came back because I live right across the street. They wanted to charge me $74.99 for special synthetic oil. I left right away and went to the next oil change spot I saw and got an oil change with the special synthetic oil for $39.99.

This Jiffy Lube is a joke.
