needed basis and are honest about the goings on with your car's engine.

Friendly staff. No wasted time. Affordable. 5 star service! Unfortunately, when I picked up my vehicle my passenger mirror was damaged.

We went for a recharge on our a/c hoping to pay less than $75. But our mechanic said they had to drain it then refill it. Luckily they gave us a coupon or else we would've paid $160. Took well over an hour and paid $130. There is a difference in our a/c. Just not a $130 difference.

I was informed it would be a 30 minute wait before starting on my oil change. 5 minutes later, manager tells me that my engine has a minor leak and airbox not screwed down causing the check engine light to illuminate. Proceeded to ask him, “did you check using a computer? ” He says no. Obviously because i already knew it was the gas cap that is causing the check engine light to be on. For that reason he couldn’t do my oil change. They were just plain lazy and didn’t want to do it. Bad service

Rude unprofessional employees give over priced less than 5 minute oil changes and try to sell you services you don't need and the worst part, the owner encourage all of this!
There are far better places to have your oil changed. Anywhere is better that here.

Couldn't notice it from the road, had to pull in at tire shop and go around. Very good service and has a pop machine, coffee and TV in the waiting area. For the bathroom have to ask for the key but the bathroom is well maintained.

All I can say is wow! Speedy, quality service. In and out in 20 minutes. Oil change, air filter, tire rotation. In my line of work I dread having to get an oil change on my company truck because I dont have any time at all to waste, and most places keep my truck the entire day. Quick and painless service with excellent customer service. I highly recommend and will be coming back every time.

Oil changes are always more expensive fit mkt vehicle and I never actually for the sale prices advertised. So knowing that going in I wasn't surprised by the quoted price. They explained everything that they were going to do ahead of time and I was able to use a coupon for a small discount. Great service. The only reason the rating isn't higher is because the wait time was longer than they estimated by a full 30 minutes and that was much longer than an oil change usually takes.

I absolutely will be coming back! Such great service! I even had the door opened for me twice and walked me to my car. The manager was so sweet and kind he explained everything to me in a good manner and not pushy. I work in Scottsdale and wanted a quick oil change but now I’ll be going there after work or not I live about 40 mins from this location so that says a lot!

Showed up at 5 to see if I could get an oil change for my daughter's car. They close at 6 and I could tell they were less than interested in doing the work. Will go somewhere else from now on.

If you have a highend imported car, don't take it here. Otherwise, if you want a fast oil change that doesn't need scheduling, this is the place.

$70 for a high mileage oil change and they still charge $5 to top off coolant. Guys were pleasant, but prices are out of line.

I came here for a basic oil change and they tried to charge me $47 dollars I said that's really high, I've never paid more then $35. He asked was it here and I said no last oil change was at grulichs.he said well go there, there's one up the road (that wasn't an option, they didnt have enough time because they were packed). I then asked if there was any discounts, he said no. Which was a lie, there's a $20 off coupon on their website for an oil change. Point being rude and crappy customer service, its no wonder why there parking lot and garage were empty. Went up the road to the car wash/oil change place and got my car cleaned and my oil changed for $38 w/ tax. I guess I should thank you guys for the crappy experience cause otherwise i wouldnt have found my new ride or die oil change and a car wash spot

I went in for an oil change a while ago and they charged me for a cabin filter which they did take out, but did not replace and I didn't even know until I took it elsewhere for the next oil change. I'm not sure if the guys here are really well trained.

The only reason they have two stars is because they were nice and fixed the AC Filter nicely - thing blows hard now. BUT I have a Toyota Matrix and they failed to do an oil change correctly. Like it's Jiffy Lube - they DO OIL CHANGES - but they used a metal washer instead of a rubber one so the seal broke and my car leaked oil for weeks. REFUSED to refund anything. Never going back to a Jiffy Lube. They used the new guy to help me. SCREWWWW THIS.

False information, I called to check if this location had time for standard oil change.the gentleman informed me yes the oil change takes 20 mins and they were finishing a car.so I headed from a mile out to this location and when I arrived I was greeted by one employ, notice that the bays were empty.before i answer which service i would like, another employee (assuming the manager) said " we are closing the gates" ok so if you plan to stop serving at 5: 30pm rather then 6pm, change the time

Went in at lunch hour and was told it would be an hour before they could even start my oil change. So I asked what time the were open till. I was told 6: 00 pm. Drove up at 6: 15 pm, 2 cards in the stall and then just mine. Was told couldn't guarantee they would get to my vehicle by 6: 00 pm. So if I waited I still may get turned away. So much for JIFFY!
