Called to make an appointment for the Jiffy Lube on 32nd and Thomas and the person who answered was extremely rude. If Jiffy lube doesn't require an appointment to be seen I would at the very least expect a courteous person on the other end to tell a potential customer their expecting wait time. I will take my business else where. Get it together Jiffy Lube. Customer service over everything!
