Great service. Just be prepared for a long wait as they are thorough and it's not a quick process. The employees go as fast as they can safely, some things just take time and there's no speeding that up.

When I went to the Jiffy lube at Tanque Verde road, the employee who tried to guide my car into the oil pit stop did a "lousy" job of doing so. Also, they could not provide me an oil change sticker as to when my next oil change is due.

Service was great. Geoffrey was awesome. My only complaint is the working conditions of the bay. They deserve some Air, A/C something in there. It's way too hot. They can have a stroke. Think of your employees

Very friendly, quick service and reasonable compared to the bozos I had the bad fortune to engage earlier in the day. Fortunately, their bate and switch and bad attitude cooled my jets and i found Jiffylube.

I would definitely like to give a shout out to the entire team located in Tucson, Az on Grant and Tanque Verde. They did a great job and they finished the job fast. I had only waited maybe 15 min, their was 2 other cars in front of me so I’d say it was done quickly, Definitely recommend

They pulled my air filter out and did not put it back in my car. I drove my vehicle for three months before returning to this Jiffy Lube to have one of the staff members tell me there was no filter. Without an air filter in place, the engine may also be sucking dirt and debris in at the same time. This can cause damage to internal engine parts, such as valves, pistons and cylinder walls. The result is excessive oil consumption, poor engine performance, and eventually engine failure. Currently waiting for this situation to be made right.

I sought out this particular shop because of rave reviews from other customers. It is 45 minutes from my home, but I will certainly go back for oil changes and more. The manager took the time to figure out how to service my 4 cylinder 2.8 liter GMC Duramax diesel, an engine they don’t see very often. He viewed videos on how to change its fuel filters then personally went down in the pit to supervise the procedure, their first. That gave me a lot of confidence in the shop. He went the extra effort.

Morgan was such a pleasure to work with. I am so thankful for his work. He had the best customer service I have ever received when dealing with my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back and I am already sending my parents here and will reccomend to everyone I know. Thanks Morgan!

Been coming here for years but was beyond annoyed the tech told me he couldn't get to the stem on three of my tires to fill them with air. My "check tire pressure" light was on. The next day I went to the tire shop. He gently pulled my hubcaps off, re-centered the stems and filled with air in less than 5 minutes.

I've gotten my oil changed here a few times and have always had good service. Professional and straight forward. They offer more stuff, and are casual if I am not wanting it at the time. I don't know what would make an oil change exceptional to be 5 stars, but it's a solid location to go to. Simple and quick.

Geoff (manager) opened up 8 minutes early and took care of an oil change and tire rotation in about 25 minutes. Professional and courteous service. Answered my questions and didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need.

For a long time I told myself I would never take my vehicle into a Jiffy Lube, this time I was in hurry and the place I go to for oil change was booked all week, so I had no choice, it was the worst feeling ever turning in to their shop, I mean I watched their every move making sure they didn't screw up my truck, at the end I gotta idmit I was impressed with their service. They seem to know what they were doing, I'd definitely go back to this location. Great job guys.

Minha and the guys were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Needed an oil change and they were able to assist me in a timely manner! I was able to wait in the car while they did everything and was there for no more than 30 minutes. They were also kind of enough to assist with a maintenance light issue. Thank you guys for the amazing service and laughter!

We've taken three different cars and they did an excellent job on all of them. Every visit is enjoyable as the staff are funny and friendly.

Vershaun and Darryl provided great service. They were friendly, efficient, and helped me feel comfortable that my car was good to go after one leg of a long road trip. Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT ISE THIS SHOP. I found out at my next oil change at a different shop that the techs at this Jiffy Lube used the wrong tool on the skid plate bolts on my truck when they and destroyed them all. The next shop found them all rounded out so they had to use vice grips to remove the bolts. They also cross threaded one bolt.

Definitely recommend this location. Excellent service! Vershaun is the best, very polite professional & make sure all your car needs are met!
