Jiffy Lube, Tucson AZ

OK. I have been to many Jiffy lubes around Tucson. Most are grimy and the men are usually not very social / don't take the time to really explain things to me. After coming here, I HAVE FOUND MY JIFFY LUBE.

I was treated with such respect and kindness while here. The shop was also surprisingly clean!

I was impressed with this team-they were vocal and worked as a unit. It was a night and day difference from the other locations I've gone to.

Thank you for making me feel comfortable and informed. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to my family and friends.

Car caught on fire. After a routine oil change where the technician did not clean up their work the car caught on fire. Less than three stoplights after the oil change the engine went up in flames. This car was brand new less than 5months old with no changes or recalls. They simply did a messy job and oil was left on the exhaust pipe which ended up endangering the driver, passenger and the bystanders in the busy parking lot where we pulled over. Fortunately a store attendant was able to extinguish the flames before the car blew up. Unfortunately Jiffy Lube is not being held accountable. It will cost too much to have it inspected. The insurance is only willing to total the car but not investigate the cause because it does not make them money. DO NOT take your car here. There was an out of town trainer on site when all this happened. Clearly they do not train standard protocols of cleaning up oil drips after the change. The car is a loss and the trauma is left with no one being held accountable for their mistakes.

I'd give it 5 stars but they didn't have a n air filter for my vehicle. Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to do everything at once

This is our favorite location for oil changes and tire pressure checks. José was very helpful and helped me get my car back into shape before taking a long drive. Happy to recommend this location!

This Jiffy Lube had great, fast, easy service! Great price and a friendly staff too! I was nervous because I normally get my car serviced at the dealership but their technicians informed me about every decision and made it a great experience!

Best Jiffy Lube in Tucson! All of the staff is the best that there is and will never pressure on anything just give you the best information in regards to your vehicle.
