Jiffy Lube, Scottsdale AZ

Scott the manager recalled my phone call and approached me in a nearby parking lot offering help. He saved me a tow and a lot of time. Outstanding effort that extended outside of his workplace.

I got there Friday 5: 20pm. No one in line. A few quick chats and the oil change was done at a fair price. They were able to accept an online coupon. Synthetic Premium $95 total on a 2016 Mazda3.

It was a very hot day, over 100, and office had no AC. Had to wait over an hour.
They didn’t reset my oil light, which I figured out how to do on my own, but should be part of the service. At least it always has been elsewhere I’ve gone.

They didn’t give me a new sticker telling me when I’ll need service again. Again something I’ve always had done but for some reason wasn’t addressed. Guess I’ll just have to try and remember the miles.

First time at this location. I had to wait about 30 mins but obviously many others think highly of the service dedication. Will return in another 5000 miles.

This is my go-to place. When they change my oil they alert me of any possible problems and dont Give A Hard Sell.

Scott, The store manager was very accommodating in explaining the work and the suggested changes.

The employees at this Jiffy Lube are the best in the area. Super fast service and very trustworthy in their servicing of my vehicles. Been to this location 3 time in the past year and will keep coming back.

Highly recommend for anyone in this area or near by. Wait time was not as long as expected and the customer service was appreciated and rare these days. Very Much Appreciated the Service and Glad to Pass Forward. Thank You

Worse experience ever; three hour wait with only 3 cars in line. Employees did not have any sense of urgency!
