Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare, Show Low AZ

Service was fast and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the price of an oil change.

Not super happy. Was told in the beginning that everyone in the shop is a Master Tech.
That would be extremely odd. Later he confessed that there were only a handful. I am not sure what to believe. I needed a fluids topped of. Could not top off the transmission. During the exiting process a young mechanic tried to reset the oil change interval. He killed the tire monitor instead. That will cost me a pretty penny to reset over at the Ford dealership I am sure. An older tech had to come and reset the oil monitor. So draw your own conclusions from these facts.

Charged for a top off claiming we weren't in system. Went to original store that we got the oil change and verified we were in system, they were just too lazy to look it up.

They're always courteous, explain everything, let me know when I DON'T need something done yet which I appreciate. The little things like cleaning my windows or a quick vacuum are great as well.

Friendly, fast, quality and professional service. Fair pricing, Veteran discount, and even went the extra mile cleaning all the exterior windows and vacuuming the interior. My experience has always been very lovely they always Communicate everything that needs to be done and prices are very reasonable.

Always a smooth and easy experience. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They let me know about current and probable issues with the vehicle which is extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Oil change very expensive and even though we are not leaking or burning oil, our oil was down 2 quarts when we had our transmission serviced today.

Everyone was so incredibly nice and I even got a discount! They were even nice and humored my kids who said hi a couple times to them.

Jiffy Lube seems to always mark down that they completed something that clearly they haven’t done. This time it happens to be vacuuming the floor boards, which clearly they did not do.

Oil change and tire rotation. A bit more expensive than I thought it would be. But super good service. Plus they employ many people!

My Wife was sent home from this store with a piece of paper she thought was a receipt. It was a paper that said her car needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. No one mentioned that. The employee who wrote it is apparently still learning to write longhand because what is written is illegible. Thanks, Jiffylube!

Over all: Staff was prompt & professional- location was tidy- restroom clean.
Would have offered a highier rating if I didn't need to return to have oil life monitor reset & inquire as to why my windshield fluid reservoir was not filled as stated on my receipt.
Upon my return: Technician was polite & understood my concerns. He took the time the time to show me the oil dip stick reading and how to reset monitor. Was told no windshield fluid in stock.
Advise: Don't feel rushed at checkout and review receipt before leaving. I didn't, and a different coupon code was applied to my bill which shorted me an additional savings of ten dollars.
I would use this location again.

They were very polite, excellent service. When we were leaving the truck wouldn’t start, We thought it was something they did. Turns out a mouse chewed a wire. They called around found the part, sent someone to pick it up and fixed it and only was going to charge us for the part. Great and honest service. Thank You

Was very fast & convenient little waiting time always and the guys are always very nice & do what they can to help you spend less.

Nice young folks. Helped me with several things, Thomas took time to be attentive, answer questions and even show me the evidence. My father was a mechanic for over forty years, I also have some working knowledge and know what to look for. You can always smell schiester’s because they will talk down to you using difficult jargon to elevate themselves and make you feel dumb so you won’t ask questions instead of speaking to the layman. These guys didn’t do that. They had a solid team and good camaraderie and that’s a sign of good leadership. They also worked with my budget and gave me a top down list of importance on things to do as not to waste money. Great job guys! I’ll be back through for my company vehicles because we’re building trust. Great job Thomas!

Was there at opening, saw a lot of people in JL uniforms standing around, didn't seem to have any urgency to get to the waiting customers. I was just passing through, but likely wouldn't use this store again.

Oil spilled inside engine compartment, smoke coming from under the hood. Tire pressure was completely off on all for tires, had to rebalance air pressures.

The crew was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and I was able to get my oil changed in a timely manner. I trust them with my car and I will be back for my next oil change.

They were all super friendly & very fast. Usually fo my own oil but needed the convenience. They were great! Thanks guys!
