Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare, Snowflake AZ

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a high mileage vehicle. They inspected and found a few more things wrong. Ir filter, cabin filter, Without their inspection, These issues would have continued for a while longer, and while I could have done them myself, It was nice to have them take care of it for me. Now, Did the vehicle need the new filters? Absolutely it did! The blower motor puts out so much more air. I did't even realize how clogged it was. The engine was probably starving for air as well. I also had them perform a fuel system flush. The vehicle runs a lot better and the milage seems to have improved. The team there seem very professional.very knowledgable and aa very tight knit group. I will bring my vehicles into their shop again. Well done!

I had an oil leak that was making a mess in my garage that I traced back to my last visit to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I took it In and and told them what I had observed. They took my car right in and checked everything out and found that the seal on my oil dipstick was bad/missing a large chunk of the seal. The oil was being pushed out under pressure around the seal of the dipstick. They cleaned up the ness and told me where to go to get a new dipstick. I did and installed the new dipstick and the mess is gone. They did it with a great customer service attitude. They’ve certainly earned my continued support and business!

Workers were friendly, place was clean, services were complete and done well, and they even vacuumed out the car this time. Was more expensive than last time though.

When I moved to snowflake, I didn’t know where I was going to go. I need an oil change and went to Jiffy Lube. I’ve been going there ever since. I have more than one vehicle, and they have always been there to service my vehicles.they have done a great job and they’ve been super friendly. If I was in this area I needed some quick service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend checking these guys out.so far it’s been a great experience! And thank you, Jiffy Lube and crew for making me feel confident in my decision!

When I went to Jiffy Lube in Snowflake, I was treated very well. The employee helping me, Dothan, was very good at making sure I understood everything that was happening with my vehicle and what I was getting done. He was very quick with the process and very clear with explanations!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Snowflake, AZ. We came in on a tight budget and Dathan helped us find an oil change option for our car that could get us what we needed without breaking the bank. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. Excellent service! Plus they have drinks and popcorn in the waiting area so that's an added bonus.

Upon arriving i was greeted. Ask what service i needed, which was an oil change. The tech explained the different features of regular oil vs blend and full synthetic oil. Basically
3000 vs 5000 vs 10,000 miles respectively. I suggested the oil filter would not last 10k miles but was told it would. I opted for the 10k full synthetic oil to avoid having to return so often. For that convenience $125 + tax and job stuff like rags. After all was said and done they printed out window sticker showing 3000 miles to the next oil change. I ask why it didnt show the 10k. The answer was how drove the vehicle. Hmmm i thought that was a weak answer as that detail wasnt mentioned when selling me on the 10k superior oil. The shop is clean, precautions we used to keep the interior clean, all the outside windows were cleaned,
They topped of fluids. The offered to install cabin and engine air filter, showing me the condition of each filter. I opted to do those myself being cost conscious.
Bottom line they do good work
I will probably search for less expensive full synthetic oil.

They put the sticker in the window to remind me of my next oil change. That was great, but they removed my sticker for tire rotation. Not good.

Service was quick and friendly. Popcorn and a soda while I waited. Great service business.

Glad we got an oil change and were able to clean the kn filters. Charged to replace the windshield wipers… left the old one on the driver side and completely removed the passenger side, not replacing it at all.
