Jim Click Ford reviews
13Great customer service! Only suggestion is a vending machine or protein bars, something available when Cafe is closed. 4: 30pm & starving!
Craig at Jim Click was very friendly and helpful during my ordering process for the new Mustang. No attempts of upsells, just true friendliness and support. Fantastic experience!
Craig Zingg was very helpful with showing me an Expedition and an Explorer. He was quite knowledgeable about all the positive points with both models. He worked with me and pointed out the newer changes that would work well with my lifestyle and expectations. He was also helpful with facilitating the trade-in with my truck. In all, this sale could not have gone smoother. Thank you so much Craig!
They are toooo hungry for money. Will not work with me. My credit is not bad. They see I'm good with payments with othervehicles. There just money hungry. Smh Went to another large car business and rode out with a newer vehicle and was very pleased with my payments. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.
I made a service appointment three weeks in advance only to be told, after driving across town to be there at the scheduled time, that they could look at my vehicle in "two to three weeks" And their guy fully expected, with an absolute straight face, that I would leave my car there for three weeks until it was convenient for them to drag it from a back lot somewhere to take a peek at.
The service "advisor" or whatever they call the clipboard-wielding genius, seemed surprised that I didn't think this was completely normal and reasonable.
It isn't normal and reasonable. It is comically bad to the point that this experience doesn't anger me; it is just so out of line with what even the outside edge of normalcy may look like that I wanted to warn others.
We all know that Jim Click has sky high prices and bizarro dealer add-ons making it the epitome of the "dealership experience" in the most painful way. But I had never sensed until today that their service operation was also an absolute joke.
If you make an appointment with them, ask what the diagnostic fee is (without a warranty, it is probably more than your were hoping to pay for the job) and whether their appointment time is the time at which they will plan to look at your vehicle or plan to disappear it off to bake in the sun for a month and then maybe look at it.
You have now been duly warned.
Luis Cota was amazing. No pressure sale, explained everything in detail, and I left very happy. Highly recommend Luis.
Marcos is awesome as always. Helped work us into a great deal. Thank you to Juan and Bill as well to get our first car together.
Is there a character limit here? I feel like I'm going to writing the Great American Novel so here goes:
Chapter One
My transmission has a warranty issue that is still unresolved. They keep saying they can't fix the problem because of drivability and such. They told me my air sensor was bad (found out upon examination that they had disconnected it so it popped the computer code) and they couldn't do a test drive because of a cracked air box and a couple other issues. We fixed those issues, but for the air box, as the damage was negligible. It took them 3 weeks to get the car back in.
Chapter Two
Now they're refusing to do the work because we now miraculously have breke issues (which they would gladly fix) that we didn't have before taking it in, and they're upset that the air bax cover is missing a $5 screw. Now whilst I have a car that goes through the gears, and even goes in reverse, the shifting is so sloppy that the transmission overheats (something it didn't do before) I'm going to inspect the brakes this weekend and see why the car didn't stop on a dime when the tech pulled it into the bay too fast nearly wrecking it.
Chapter Three coming soon.
Marcos Fimbres is who you need to see. He's communicative, respectful, considerate, and there for you! If you want a great and supportive experience, then see Marcos!
Great experience! Clarissa was excellent in guiding me and helping me through the process of buying a new 2024 Mustang! Guess what? No Markups! I'd recommended getting your new car at Jim Click Ford!
Matt Palmer, our salesman at Jim Click Ford, was the most helpful and honest and best car salesman ever. He helped us order and communicated our purchase every step of the way, showing us every option for us to decide for ourselves. We felt very comfortable with our purchase because of Matt. Finance guy could be better.
They worked on my truck charged me $3500 when I was leaving it stopped running I went back they found the actual problem charged for that but refused to refund me the money for the initial work which was unnecessary since it was not the problem
I originally gave Jim click Ford one star about 5 years ago. I’m can’t say if the entire business is bad however I can speak on the Service department.
I had two bad service reps in a row and when I wrote a review after the second bad experience I was actually threatened that if I didn’t take it down or change the review that they would tell my commander (I was in the military at the time) which meant absolutely nothing to me as it was an empty threat and a commander would laugh at him.however none the less he tried to scare me as a young man in the military to get me to change my review after having an awful experience.
As I stated before this review is for the service departments customer service specifically. NOT THE SALES TEAM, and Not the service they preform on your vehicle.
