Jim Click Nissan, Tucson AZ

We had to have our car towed to Jim Click and we were not able to be there when it arrived. I had called, left voice mail about sit. Shana (maybe Shayla) called me back (people from most businesses never call us back), took care of the problem and assured us they would take care of it. When car arrived at dealership service, Jeremy texted us and said he'd take care of everything. Kept in contact with us as to problem, timeline, cost etc. We have worked with Jeremy many times prior. Texted us that car was ready Tuesday late afternoon, sent us invoice, we paid online, received receipt and advised our ride to pick it up would be Wednesday afternoon. For not being able to be there, so smooth, so easy, so reassuring. That's why we don't take it anywhere else but here for 17 years. 2007 Nissan Altima.

I've had my Rogue in three times for the gap in the bumpers. The most recent time, it was supposed to go in June 13th. It got pushed back to August. I was told they would have it for approximately a week. I dropped it off on August 5th and I did not get it back until last week. Approximately 2 months later. AND, it's still not right! There's still the same gaps. I will never buy another vehicle from Jim Click and in fact, I will deter people from doing so. That was ridiculous! I've bought 4 new vehicles from there and I will not buy another one! A response to my survey would be appreciated just so I know I did not waste more of my time with Jim Click!
