Great subs and fast friendly service. I needed to feed a small group so I ordered ahead via phone and it worked out like a dream. I gave them. 10 minute head start and when I walked in, I just paid, and they handed me a box with all my food and drinks!

Never provide napkins, if by miracle you get any they throw in one. Makes me feel like the owner is so broke they can't afford to give napkins out. It's the only thing keeping them afloat. Pray for this location.

Stopped in to grab a quick sandwich for my son, who is a foodie and a bit snobby about what he likes and he enjoyed his food, and the lady working was so incredibly nice and helpful. I went to the location near Tucson mall on Oracle & Westmore. Decent menu options, extra toppings to choose from that they dont charge for which is rare nowadays.

Good ol’ Jimmy John’s! I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up right away. They drew a happy birthday message on my sandwich wrapper and an adorable little picture! It was sweet and thoughtful (also was probably a slow afternoon!) The sandwich was also great, I added ham and pickles and other extras and it was just how I wanted it. Also the regular/8 inch is plenty big enough! Thanks ladies!

I ordered food while at work, it took them almost ten minutes just to make one simple sandwich. Then delivery took almost 20 when the store is only 5 minutes away from my work. So much for “freaky fast”! On top of that, I asked for light ice and apparently that means they will short you on the soda to make up for it, so might as well just order it normally. I paid for the “favorite” which is supposed to have more meat.if what I got is double meat that is just sad. I’m never buying from any JJs ever again.

This is my go to large event lunch place i order a few weeks ahead they always say i can order up to 24 hours before but i know ahead enough time why last minute it. I love that they have options for people on keto diets or vegetarian.

I love Jimmy John's it's my go to sandwich shop when I'm not craving anything in particular. Highly recommend the Veggie with double cheese, double guac, extra peppers, onions and oregano be sure to check by asking if they left the bread in, if you order on the app and request that. I've had it happen about 50% of the time where they remove the inside of the bread even though I requested it to be left in. I now all everyone I pick up my order.

Went in on last Thursday, was standing near the sandwich prep area, the two ladies at the prep area didn’t open their mouth to ask if they could help me nor did Nick, whom I found out later that was his name and he is the manager. Some guy walks in holding a black Deer Head Chihuahua, Nick gets really talkative then, asking this guy what he wanted, ignoring me altogether.

I then walked to the counter where this guy with this dog was standing, waiting patiently for Nick to finish with this person. After finishing with the guy with the dog, he immediately steps away from the counter to interviews a Ms. Zepeda for an interview, never once acknowledging that I was standing there. Neither of the two ladies part their mouths to ask if I wanted or needed anything.
I politely picked up my purse from one of the seats near the counter and walked out. This location is in the Wetmore shopping plaza. I am requesting a boycott of this location anyone who is disgusted as I am.

This was blatant discrimination, as I am African American and I am blatantly asking that none of our dollars be spent in any place where we are treated with such disrespect.

Third time I order from there and they say its on the reciept that its shows one way i clicked unwhich they need to confirm all is right.never again will i order there

I love jimmys, its ridiculously priced but I really love the food. $14 for chips, a pickle, soda and a sandwich.luckily I'm small so that fed me twice.

If you never had Jimmy John's you really need to try it's delicious that's all I got to say that's it it is what it is
