Jimmy John's, Peoria AZ

If you're going to get a Jimmy John's sub, think twice. They charge 8 dollars for a regular sub that won't fill you. Rather, you should get a burrito at Brushfire or a sandwich at sprouts across the street. Both for just 5 dollars and much more food. When Jimmy John's stops being greedy for bland subs, I'll try to give them 5 stars.

After an hour, still no response then when I call I’m out on hold for 7 minutes, to the minute, then the app shows it’s delivered. Call back again and all laugh and giggles about taking long. Don’t know if they get penalized for keeping orders too long, but I got my food 23 minutes AFTER the app said I got it. Delivery just drops food off without asking for me or leaving it with someone who can get it to me.

Sierra which apparently is the store manager. Canceled the order and refused to give me any proof or MY MONEY BACK that it was canceled even though through your website it says that it was still supposed to go through! Website currently even still says that the order is active and that it is being prepared!

Sierra refuse to do anything to help us out saying and I quote you can have a refund or something in five or more business days!

Sierra became very upset when I ask for the general managers name. $41.76 isn’t some sort of laughing matter!

After speaking with Sierra she finally said that her general managers name was Stephanie. However still refused to give a refund! How is that possible when they are refusing to deliver my food or give me my food!

Was literally told before the store even closed that they were already cleaning up and done for the evening at @ 8: 51pm! Your store does not close until 9 PM!

I’m furious! So taking the same review and posting it on yelp and on Google!

Do not order delivery online! I ordered lunch for a noon delivery at 10 in the morning. When it did not arrive by 12: 10 I called Jimmy John's they said the delivery driver was leaving and would be there shortly. Another 15 minutes passed and I called back to speak with the manager, he said it was being just now getting ready to go. Another 10 minutes later it had still not arrived so I called back again and it had still not left for delivery. My place of business is less than 2 miles away from this location. My order was delivered at 12: 42, over 40 minutes after a pre-order online.

Ordered two subs, requested and paid for extra meat in each, do not receive. Sandwixh not cut in half.
After 45mins front order, base oder was ready but none of extras on bag at pick up, which should have included 3 cookie, 3 bags of chips.and three pickles cut in half, had to wait ten mins, for them to get me these items, excuse they were really busy. Why order ahead? Why customize order?
Wish there was a decent sandwich place near my home.and in Az.nothing here can match NJ/NY subs, deli.sandwichs. I'm still searching thou.

Stephanie the store manager is very unprofessional, took 1.5 hours to get food then it did not show up accurately. Missing one sandwich and 2 chips. Only realized it was the chips at first then saw it was also the sandwich which I told her right when I saw that. She then questioned me on why I didn't say that first and got very rude. She also did not offer to re deliver and told me I could not get a refund on my card told me she could put it on my rewards account but I wouldn't be able to see it and it would only be for that store. Wont be going to this location again.

Took over 50 mins for one sandwich and I live less than i mile away. Couldn’t even enjoy my lunch. Not what I’m looking for in a fast and easy meal. Just stress

Took just shy of an hour for delivery. What happen to the quick delivery. Get your act together Jimmy Johns

Really bad service forgot my order and they did not know how to make their own subs. They don’t have napkins available for the costumer.

I know there are people who like Jimmy Johns but I do not count myself among them. I find the sandwiches to be bland. The bread is dry, and overall very meh.

The best thing they have going for them is they are fast if you are in a rush, but there are many better sub places.

Food is great however the hipsters that work here don't Greet you don't day hi welcome in. I stared at em saying hi can I order he put a thumbs up with no smile not even a smirk just deadpan face didn't even speak until he's said the price embarrassing also no name tags in this establishment.

This location is the biggest joke in my 41 years on this planet. After ordering online a few months ago, and them NEVER showing up, for some reason my girlfriend thought it was a good idea to give them another chance. I CANNOT believe they didn't show up for a 2nd time. Does this location even do online orders? There is nothing worse than beig super hungry, and hoping the food will arrive any minute, only for it to NEVER show up. The people who run this place are clearly incompetent and should be ashamed of themselves.

Normally service is fast but that day orders were being forgotten and pickups weren't made until customers were in the store. Long wait which is unusual for JJ in general

Well again tonight the 2nd time I drove to Jimmy John's looking to get my sandwich I love, I arrived at 8: 56 pm in the shop and got told they were already shut down, I could not order. I think maybe they should change the hours to "if you arrive before 8: 45 pm you should be able to get a sandwich" but if after you won't get one. A word to the wise don't get a craving for Jimmy John's. I have since this happened been able to get the #9 Italian Nightclub, this sandwich is my personal favorite and I would recommend someone try, although all of the sandwiches are delicious! Just make sure you arrive early.

Great location. Lots around. Staff is very friendly. They are quick and all about service. Definitely recommend.

I love when you order food and it NEVER shows up. 12 hours later, I am STILL waiting lol. This place is a joke!

My order was wrong and the white girl with black glasses continue to argue with me on how the order was correct of a Cubano with only 3 slices of meat 2 bacon bits and 3 cheese. She refused to redo it and this jimmy John's stole money from me.
