Jimmy John's, Payson AZ

Food was good. I ordered a delivery to my hotel. Guy couldn't find my room, which are all numbered.in numerical order. I had to put on God damned clothes and walk to the front of the hotel. Guy drove 1.2 miles to not spend 1.2 seconds to look for my room. I'd have taken the tip back but it was already paid.

Stopped into Jimmy John's for a sandwich and was NOT disappointed! Super fast and courteous service, excellent bread and an overall welcoming experience. My family and I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

Ordered Beach Club.

Asked for regular bread.
Asked for extra onions.
Asked for hot peppers.
Asked for pickles.
Asked for cucumbers.

Big Fail.

None of the asks.

Barely any turkey lunch meat at best.

The only thing they got right about my order was the meat and no tomatoes. I expect that if I am paying $21 for a combo they should be able to make the sandwiches exactly the way they are ordered.

I placed an order online. Went to pick up and asked if they customize my sandwich and was told the receipt did not reflect customized. Ok fine, but then the girl making the sandwiches says, would you like to see your receipt in a very sarcastic voice. Before I could respond another customer says wow as she was so rude!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat rolling through Payson. Jimmy John’s has always been a favorite down in the valley. Every single location is usually consistent with quality and flavor. This location however was just ok. I had an OK sandwich which had I got any other location in, would’ve tasted much better. This franchise location is missing the mark with their quality and consistency compared to the other Jimmy John’s restaurants. Probably will not come back here again. Service was quick and people were friendly, but quality and consistency compared to other locations was not great. I should’ve gone to Subway.

The food and service at this Jimmy John's has gotten so much better. They used to be Freaky-SLOW and mess up our order every time. It was such a bummer because we'd loved Jimmy John's where we used to live.

However, since they got some new managers and new team members recently things have been absolutely great. Fast, fresh, delicious.

Deacon was particularly helpful, professional, and quick.

The food here is as expected if you can ever find it open. It’s a family joke now that only 1/10 times we stop on our way through town will it actually be open during normal business hours. Signs on the door claim closed due to “maintenance”, “down registers” or my favorite “out of bread”. Worst managed franchise, I’m surprised it stays in business. It’s sad too because we’d love to give them our money.

This place is a joke. They even have a huge sign up that says now open 7 days a week. But they aren't. They are never open. I can't remember the last time I spell them open. Seriously, if you can't run a business then close the place down and stop leading people on. So stupid. I can't stand it.

Ive never waited 30 minutes for my jimmy johns sandwich. Not even for a delivery! But unfortunately this was simply the wait at the store just to get my food and even then, my sandwich wasnt even correct. Cookie was super hard, threw it away before finishing. Soda was out. I love jimmy johns and have never had an experience like this was quite infuriating. Avoid this location. Id rather have waited 2 hours til we were back in phx

Maybe just a bad day but we're used to JJ fresh tasting bread and Fast service. Definitely felt disappointed with our 2 little sandwiches and the experience

Worst company to work for. This store can't send employee paychecks to the store so they are paid same day as direct deposit employees. Fucking

Always fast and friendly service they are closed right now due to covid amongst the employees they are closed and sanitizing and cleaning for their safety and the publics they will be reopening some time after August 2nd

Freaky slow and disorganized. Only opens half the week. And they jacked up the pieces too. Not a recipe for success or longevity.

Went to town on Wednesday which is 20 miles from me and wanted a sub, the store sign said open at 10: 30. We left at 11: 00, still not open. Wasted trip had to go to Subway.

The customer service isn’t bad just huge lack of consistency every time I order for my wife and I either they are out of bread or no driver or no water and when they do deliver they forget drinks it’s always something. Like I said this location doesn’t have bad customer service they just have no consistency for me that’s crazy cause every Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had in the valley even out of state are efficient but the one here in Payson just always disappointing.

Sign on door says hours are 10: 30-3 Wednesday-Sunday. It is Saturday at 1 and the store is closed. Never seen a jimmy John's with these hours, let alone one that advertises certain hours and then isn't open. I love Jimmy John's and have been to this location in the past with great experiences but this is pretty bad. Don't go here because you won't know if they are actually open or not.

Ran out of bread. Barely any meat in my wrap. Way to much mayo. Manager said they are short staffed. Not my fav forsure

Very frustrating while working, and needing to schedule delivery for lunch only to find out they were closed by calling and no answer to the phone. There's no consistency with the hours of operation. I get that there's issues and problems hiring anyone right now, but a voice mail set up letting people know would be helpful.
