Sadly my brand new Tahoe needed a new windshield after catching a rock on Interstate 40. Jim’s was able to get the factory glass within the week and recalibrate all the safety features following the install. All is right in the world once again. Thank you all for the wonderful service. Everyone was very helpful especially the front office ladies! I had came in to get my windshield replaced and i’m not gonna lie i was difficult as i didn’t know anything about anything but they were very helpful explaining to me what i needed definitely good people!

In a word; AWESOME! They just completed a major project for us (20 windows plus six glass doors). Great product (Milgard), but more impressively was their installation —- excellent; they took extreme care and matched our sills & frames perfectly. The photos show a sampling of how well they fit the new windows into their frames (inside & out). Also how well they repelled the heavy rains we just had.

The entire staff was friendly, competent, and professional. We highly recommend them.

The entire process was seamless, and their team did an outstanding job replacing the window. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Took my truck there to replace the front windshield because a semi through a rock and cracked it really good. I picked it up and when I got home I twisted my knee really bad getting out of the truck so I didn't even pay attention to the window. The next morning I went out and realized there was a problem so I took it down and talked to Jessica. Jessica, a man who I thought might be the head tech and some young guy looked at it. The young guy I wasn't crazy about because the first words out of his mouth was what's wrong with it, Well a blind man could have see the problem. When putting the window in whoever did it didn't put the rubber seal around the window and it looked horrible. Luckily the guy who I think was either a head tech or at least a higher up in the shop and Jessica both agreed it looked horrible and told me they would get it fixed.it took a couple of weeks to get it fix no fault of Jim's House of Glass, I had to go out of town for medical reasons but as soon as I got back Jessica was right on the situation ordered and received the molding, made me an appointment and got me in fixed it made me happy my truck looked good again. Jessica, she's a real sweetheart super nice. The only time I got a little frustrated was with the young guys comment about "what's wrong with it" I'm not going to ding Jim's for his silly comment but I sure hope he's not one of the techs who are responsible customer's cars but wouldn't be surprised to find out he's the one who originally did my truck especially after his comment. Anyway, they fixed it made me happy and all is well that ends well, I'm certainly glad Jessica was there, she was fantastic, super nice and sweet. Thank you Jim's House of Glass and especially a BIG thank you to Jessica for taking real good care of me.

***My only complaint is I wish they would offer a repair warranty like Glass doctor of Kingman does as I drive out of town a lot for Medical reasons 180 miles one way every couple of weeks on 93, lots of truckers, I would happily pay a reason price for that type of warranty.

So my son made a table at school.we took it to Jim's house of glass they fitted the glass for the table, and it looks really good. Great work and service. Thank you

I can not say enough good things about Jim's House of Glass! Had a window crack, and they came out the same day to give me a price (which was very reasonable), and came out later that week to install. They were super nice, prompt and professional. I will recommend JHOG over, and over again! Thank you, guys!
