13Not a lot of help on the floor, but when you get someone they are very knowledgeable about everything.
Not my favorite hangout, however I am in the middle of a project and needed a quick hot glue gun pick up. I was amazed at the selection of glue guns. Most places have 2 to 3 options, Joann's had about 10 varying in size, precision, and temperature. Mind changing about this place. I enjoyed my visit, and the cashier was quick and pleasant.
Always clean and organized. Good selection of crafting supplies and fabric. Rarely don't have what I'm looking for.
Great store! However, "due to Covid-19" they have been using different suppliers and it is difficult to match fabrics.
Don't bother calling them. You'll be on hold forever. Just go in. You'll be amazed with what they have! I am making a DYI doggie door flap for sliding glass door and paying pennies on the dollar!
I really like this location. It seems to be a larger selection than most. Plus great staff that help! They even made sure I was using all available coupons to get the best price. I always stop in when I am in the area or will choose this store over closer options.
A little pricey on some items unless there is a coupon available. Always check their site first so you can be prepared.
I really love this store. There is always great deals and if you sign up for their emails then they send you tons of coupons. Also the cashier was friendly when she helped me with my coupons to make sure I used all the coupons I could.
I love it when the employees actually show you where items are instead of pointing and telling you an aisle number.
Very honest staff and management. Kim and the other manager secured, then returned my wife’s cell phone after she lost it in the store.

Daughter found exactly what she needed to make a couple of business skirts that she had to have. This place seems to have everything and there are always sales and coupons available.
