Tim has always been over the top helpful to me and my kids! We have brought in numerous cars for service, purchase advice and quick fixes. He takes time to talk and look up every option to help me afford any repair. He also works on my schedule.

My husband took our car to get an oil change and alignment to our car. When he got the car back all the lights were on in the dashboard. He brought it to they attentions and stated there was stuff wrong with the car. When we took the car it didn’t have any issues. They fix the issue and as soon as my husband left all lights turn off again and it is giving us an error issue now. So disappointing with the service

Tim and his crew are top notch. They showed nothing but professionalism and honesty during my visit. They are hard working and trustworthy. Five stars all the way.

This is the best place to take your in for repair. The manager Tim there is amazing. When they started to no longer have Saturday hours I took my car to Kerry's Auto because they were open on Saturday's. Kerry's screwed up my car so bad no words to say how angry I was. Tim at Joe's Auto got my VW back up and running again. I love how Tim and his crew are knowledgeable about my car and how they take a few minutes for me to ask questions and explains what all of the request to fixes are. They are the best mechanic shop here in Phoenix.

Great guys. I was able to talk to them clearly and understand the needs of my vehicle ('12 journey). The location is convenient for me (43rd/Union), and it looked nice and clean and well organized. I'll be returning for sure.

I went back and had them do more work for me. As a middle aged, over weight, shade tree mechanic I can get picky with my mechanics but these guys have filled me with absolute confidence.

Horrible service first I told him I have a coupon for the $24.95 oil change and he tells me cheap oil do the $54 so I do and then they don’t tell me I need a oil gasket pan so my oil leaks out then I had hoses, belts seals done and my power steering was leaking out has to take it back and said high pressure switch on high pressure seeping replaced seal well I already paid for that to be fixed the first time then I get in my car and makes a loud sound at my wheel I take it back and they say you need a rack and pinion Tim said to my finance on the phone fu as well and they don’t know what there doing there obviously by the invoices. I will also be talking with the owner joseph larena

I just started coming to the location on 43rd and Union Hills. I am so glad I did. They are honest and forthright, which is hard to find these day. I highly recommend Joe's Auto!

I received a coupon in the mail for a simple oil change. I thought it's was a good deal. I took my 2012 Jeep Compass in. I know there is nothing wrong with it. When I picked it up the mechanic said there was other issues when I know there wasn't. He charged me $300 for an oil change.

These guys are incredible! Helpful and quick service. Definitely coming back for all my vehicle needs.

Had my own parts I had bought 10 min before. BRAKES, wouldn't do if parts bought somewhere, like Autozone. Wanted a drink while being done. QUOTED 200 FOR 2 BRAKES, theirs.

They've always been honest with us. A couple times we went in for issues they could have milked us for, but didn't. On one occasion our problem was a loose plug. They secured it, reported it to us and charged us nothing. Been with them more than 10 yrs now. Not going anywhere.

Very knowledgeable, up front and honest, found critical items the dealership missed, plus if someone trusts them with their Ferreri they must be doing something right!

I had gone to a dealer and come here for a second opinion and thank god I did! The dealer totally misdiagnosed my car issues and Joe's saved me and my car by giving me the best treatment! Tim was incredible and so helpful with all my cars issues. Highly recommend!
