We began working with John to purchase a home in 2022 when the seller's market was really hot. We didn't find the right house at that time, so we took a break, rented a house for a year and picked up where we left off in 2023 once the market cooled down a bit. John was an amazing resource throughout this entire time frame. He really knows the Phoenix market and was readily available any time we wanted to see a potential home. We were picky buyers and John was super patient with us throughout the process. We found the right place last month and John facilitated an easy buying process. He is well connected in the industry, and we were impressed with other technical experts he does business with - lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc. Overall, a 5-star experience!

We close on our house tomorrow. John was FANTASTIC! He helped us find the best home. Not the most expensive but the perfect fit for our family. Home buying is so stressful and tough. John really took the time to help find our family the perfect home. I recommend him to everyone. His knowledge of the area and the homes and the builders was great. His follow through was on point. He even set up appointments for my wife and I to see while she was in town. While he was on VACATION! Great customer service. Go with John, you will not be dissatisfied!
