This place is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. I've always been nervous at the dentist office, but I've never felt that way here. Dr Crane has a wonderful beside manner. My hygienist Diane is patient and gentle and super friendly. I would definitely recommend Desert Willow Dental!

I have terrible anxiety with dentists but this dentistry is amazing. Everyone is super nice and the dentist and dentist assistant made sure to tell me everything that will happen and what it will feel like before doing anything. I will definitely be coming back!

Update 9/12/2023:
First visit with Hannah Kane for prophy appt. Hannah was very personable, efficient and thorough with my care during this visit. Dr Crane’s exam was likewise thorough, responding thoughtfully to my questions about pending procedures. Kris was also very helpful in updating me about insurance coverage and coordinating care with a specialist referral.

2018 review:
Dr. Wood has been my dentist for over 14 years. Very professional, highly skilled and always responsive to questions and emergencies. Kathy has been my hygienist since I started visiting Dr. Wood, and I hope she never retires! The office staff is congenial and very accommodating, especially helpful when rescheduling is necessary.

Dr. Crane is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s congenial and very skilled. I’ve had three crowns added. The hygienist Hannah is wonderful. Friendly and outgoing. Highly recommended!

I was so nervous coming in; it had been 5 years since I last went to the dentist. It was so easy setting up an appointment though. I'm so bad with names, but the lady that did my x-rays was SO sweet and gentle. Hannah, my hygienist, was awesome! I left feeling clean and cavity-free. The whole thing took less than 2 hours between the exam and the cleaning itself!

All I have to say is it's a good thing Harry finished Voldemort when he did because the wizardry Dr. Crane portrays in the dental chair would put a seasoned Dumbledore on the far side of the bench during his rookie year. The dark lord would come nowhere near 51st Ave even on perfect fall day with Dr. Crane yielding pure magic in a brush. BAM! Flawless execution at its finest as my teeth and situation were given nothing short of a red-carpet experience. Dr. Crane is talented and surrounded by the kindest staff.

It is a very friendly and professional dental clinic.
When I made an appointment online, I received a call immediately. For a foreigner like me, the reception staff would slow down their speech so that I could understand them clearly, and provided relevant information they needed as much as possible. Before going to the appointment, they had already informed me by text message that there was no charge for this inspection because the insurance paid for it, and they patiently responded to my questions.

The two children accompanied me to the dental check-up. The nurses and doctors were very friendly. The reception staff at the front desk helped me look after the children very carefully. When the children couldn’t bear it, they would come to the clinic to accompany me. The doctors and nurses treated us very kindly. The nurses were very kind. He was super patient and helped me take X-rays of each tooth. The doctor also examined the bones, gums, and teeth in detail. Only then did I realize that my jaw bones were not well developed. No wonder I sometimes have jaw pain when I open my mouth.

The most important thing is that the doctor informed me of the current condition of my teeth in great detail, stated each tooth that needs to be treated on the screen with a photo, and suggested the priority order that I need to deal with. The nurse also listed a clear form, Let me know the cost of related treatment in the future.
Highly recommend this one! Especially for foreigners who are in AZ for the first time, everyone I met here made me feel at ease and at ease.

I have been amazingly pleased with the staff & Dr. Crane. They are kind, patient, & caring. You are asked all the time how you are doing, because they really care & are looking out for you. This is definitely one of the best dental office & I am blessed to have found them!

Was very pleased with my initial visit. They were very patient and listened to me about my fears and doubts. The dentist was a lovely lady with a laid back manner which i believe I can live with. The tech was also very helpful and patient and (for the first time in my dental history) offered me many choices and suggestions about alternate appliances for my night-time teeth grinding. Will certainly keep going to these prefessionals.
