I was referred to Dr Riley at Target Optical by a friend. Initially I was skeptical since he was located in a target store but it turns out he is an exceptional eye doctor and actually uncovered an eye issue that my "North Scottsdale" doctor missed! His equipment is the latest technology and his staff is very friendly. Choose Dr Riley like I did and you will thank me later.
