Johnny Rockets, Camp Verde AZ

Food has definitely gone downhill since we last ate here. The service was a joke. Waiter didn't smile one time, messed up the order, didn't apologize for the mishap, zero "thank you" for dining with them or even the simplest "have a nice day". The shakes were the only good thing and that was for the kids. Won't be back, unfortunately!

Always enjoyed this stop when traveling. Plus they are about the most original as far as keeping the oldie theme and not modernized like the rest I have stopped at in AZ and they do the smiley face with the ketchup which is always a plus. Thanks Johnny Rocket don't change this one!

Food was cooked well, service was friendly and attentive. For being inside a casino it was an awesome place.

I love their Crispy Chicken Salad! The service was exceptional. I only wish the mini jukebox on the table wasn't fake!

When Johnny rockets opened up the Cliff Castle Casino in Camp Verde we used to go often when the kids were younger. There was such an ambience back then. All the cooks behind the counter and servers were those cute 1950s uniforms* with the white hats.they even danced! 1950's music playing! The experience wasn't so good last week. I ordered a vegan milkshake. The waitress forgot to tell me it's $3 more and you get half the amount and it's only because they make it with almond milk. Give me a break. In fact there was no price.we went back to look at the table and see what the flyer said. The waitress could have said yeah you're going to pay $11 for 7 oz of almond milk! My sandwich was totally not delicious in fact I couldn't eat it it was nasty. All of the cooks looked taxed they were wearing black, sweating and had food literally all over there cooks tops. Honestly we were there at 11 for lunch those uniforms were not cleaned and that is disgusting, and no music was playing. I should have gone to Sonic. Don't think I'll ever go back there again hate to say but they need to get on their game that is not the Johnny rockets we remember. Taking one look at their smocks and seeing all that old dry nasty food on them yeah I know thank you you guys lost your charm and your good food.

I was pleasantly surprised we stopped on our way back to Phoenix from Flagstaff and we had quick and friendly service with terrific hamburgers really juicy and well presented. Our server was great! Very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely stop again when driving through

I drive from Sedona just to get a burger here they are delicious. They’re always served hot and fresh service is great.always busy

I came in 5 minutes before they closed and they still served me a burger and fries with a smile.

Only went to the Casino just for Johnny Rockets. Food was delicious, our waiter was very nice.

Nice place! So very clean and food was EXCELLENT! We happened to stop in twice cause it was so good! Both times were for lunch 2 separate days and we will definitely come back!

Johnny Rockets in CCC is hit or miss with their service. Somedays they have fantastic, attentive servers, sometimes service is long waited and even a little intimidating. Last night was great, the server was kind and even switched he'd out my husband's Mountain Dew for Dr Pepper that didn't taste right. We enjoy stopping here on our way to PHX if we leave FLG late for dinner. My daughters love coming here for their burgers, I appreciate they have impossible burgers and gluten free buns. Fries were cold last night, gf buns were weird (soggy and stretched) but most visits they're not like that.

Love this place! It is a great place to stop in route to Phoenix or to Flagstaff depending on which way you're going. The atmosphere is awesome, the food is just as equal, especially the shakes and if you have a few extra bucks in your pocket, you can play some slots.
