5 Sequence of events for me trying to get service from this company:
Week 1: Shows up, says he has to get glass, never returns.
Week 2: Dispatcher promises return, never happens.
Week 3: Say glass now has to be ordered, promises next week.
Week 4: Worker shows up an hour and a half late with wrong sized glass, asks if I want to reorder.
Result: one month later, nothing but excuses. Don't waste your time with these knuckleheads.

Did an excellent job, called about my windshield and they did the job the same day. Highly recommend johns glass.
Great shop and great people. Very accommodating, so helpful, just overall an enjoyable experience here. We are actually still here as I’m writing this review since the staff allowed us to stay overnight in our motorhome while the windshield glue dries. Thanks everyone. -Dunlaps!
What a hack. He came out and shoved his pen between the glass and seal then screwed everything up with the insurance company. Did not show up on time either.
