Horrible experience with Jon zolton, be aware of this doctor. Do research as he is not quilified.
I rather cut my arm off than go back to him.
I should of looked at his low reviews before wasting my time.
I visited a top doctor in pheonix and I'm in a much better position today.

I saw Dr. Zoltan for an IME workers comp claim. He was very nice and professional. He listened to my concerns and offered great advice.
