Showed up for my 8: 00 appointment and was informed that they hadn't received the part they needed. It would have been nice if I had been informed at least the night before so I didn't waste my time and gas driving into Casa Grande for nothing

Took my truck in for a charging diagnostic check. Was told If I could have it there by 7: 30 AM It would be first into the shop. Dropped the truck off, never heard anything all day. Tried calling but only got a voice mail, left a message. Tried calling the next day same results. Drove to the dealership and spoke with a service tech who advised they had more cars than mine to work on. I told her I had an appointment for first thing the previous morning and she advised I didn't have a appointment with the service department just with the advisors. I ask for my truck back as it hadn't been looked at yet (a 20 minute diagnostic check) and went some where else.

My service advisor was very friendly and quick to get me in and out. The supervisor even went on a short ride with me due to concerns I had about a "noise" my car was making. I was very satisfied with the attention I received.

Everything was great. Had 1 disappointment- after the sell was finalized I discovered vehicle did not have 12 volt receptacle which is critical to operate my portable oxygen concentrator. What is wrong with gmc?

Update: my husband called and spoke to the manager, Sam, and he got the ball rolling and my truck was ready for pick up next day. I was told my truck would be filled up and washed when I picked it up. It was filthy and had a new ding on the back quarter panel just for good measure. Sam set up a detail for me at Wash N' Roll in town. They did a great job! However, Junior, shouldn't be a service advisor. He never once introduced himself to me, never followed up or provided any actual service.

Worst experience at any dealership. I have had to call every time but once to find out the status of my vehicle repairs. When I was supposed to get a call back with an update, my service advisor was off that day and the message I left for another advisor was never returned so I had to go into the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle.

The dealership has had my truck for over a month. It sat last week while the mechanic was on vacation. No effort has been made to make sure this was completed in a timely manner or that I was given updates.

It's amazing what a follow-up call with a smile in your voice can do for your customers. Customer service is dead at Jones Buick GMC Casa Grande.

Norman was great, easy to talk to, honest. I would definitely come back to Jones and would recommend Norman to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle. Everyone at Jones had a great personality.

Like always, service department was excellent. I don't know the service writer name, but she was awesome, and extremely professional. She's in the very first stall when you drive up to it.

Your service tech Chris is beyond believable. He is so good at his job.your sales people are excellent. They are friendly and courteous. But your office girls in the service department need a good trouncing. They are rude and disrespectful and need to be severely reprimanded for their treatment of your customers.

Staff was patient, personable and knowledgeable. That is always appreciated. Naz did everything he could to satisfy my needs which got him the sale and the SUV I wanted.

Earlier that day we were at a dealership down the street and it didn’t go well. Jones had what we were looking for, at the price we were looking at, along with the payments we were looking for. We were also told about a rebate and another deal that GM had going on which the other dealership kept quiet about. It was a great experience and we have already recommended them.

Terrible customer service! Glenn unloaded a used Terrain on me 10 days ago, and now doesn't even want to communicate with me.

Move on to a dealership who is bigger and want to build a reputation with repeat customers!

They are one and done experience in my book!

I went to Jones to lower my payments & trade two cars in for one…. They were professional & we were able to work out a deal & get me into a brand new GMC…. Shopping local is the the way to go…

Great experience from sale to finance. Mr. Chris McGuire restored my faith in Casa Grande Ford-FMC dealers. I was on my way to Scottsdale, Az, to buy a truck, but he made it possible for me to obtain the truck in Casa Grande at a better price. Your dealership even provided better financing than my credit union, without any games or surprises. Thank you to all your team for the great service.

Service Dept: We had a 9AM appointment for a door latch repair. The repair estimate was 3 hours but I promised not to "hold" to that figure. 4 hours later we were told the job had not started yet. Arriving at the dealership 30 minutes later we were again told the job had not started yet and might not get done that day. I asked why we had not received a call about the delay. The repair representative said "Well, you are not the only customer in the world you know. " He also said, "And besides, I argued with you on the phone that you should take this job 'somewhere else' and not have it done here. " Well, after this we will be *Not, the only customer in the world who will Not get our repair work done at Jones Casa Grande*. I guess the representative was just a junior employee.
