This company was very rude to me, and made up false things about my driving record, Joyce the head of the safety department was very rude, and discriminated against me because I am black, I was treated very poorly, and when I asked for a copy of what she was looking at on my driving Record she said no, because none of it was true and when I was trying to ask for dates of the events she was talking about she told me to shut up, and said she has nothing else to say to me, and that I should be embarrassed of my driving record then hung up in my face.

I'm a customer of JoyRide Logistics for loads out of AZ, CA, CO, and they do an outstanding job. I get timely updates and POD right away. Their rates are fair and the service they provide is much better than what I'm receiving from other motor carriers on the same loads.
