I was visiting all the way from Philadelphia, first time in Arizona and Debra was soooooooo kind. She nicely guided me on what I needed for support in hiking the terrain and gave some great tips for good spots to hike. I wish this establishment was in Philadelphia! 10/10 experience:)

I just visited the store to get some pants and shirts for a safari. The clerk Ray certainly knew her merchandise and gave great advice, quite change from those "big box" outdoor stores. They have a great selection from a variety of brands. The prices are very competitive and they also carry products from smaller companies which can often be less expensive. A great experience, I'll be back and I'm sending my wife there for her to get some suitable clothing for Africa.

Hi - I wanted to thank Ray for such terrific and patient service fitting my dog Bruno with boots for his front paws. I had 10% off and free shipping from Ruffwear but I was unsure about which size would work best for Bruno.as it turns out, I would have ordered the wrong size and been disappointed. With Ray's help we got the right boots for Bruno and he has been happily trotting around protected from the hot pavement!

Very very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The place to go if you wanna know about hiking the Grand Canyon or any place in Arizona they seem to have everything I’m looking for, every time I go.

Great little shop. I was there today and received exceptional customer service. Supporting small local shops is so much more rewarding and important than dumping money into the exaggerated camping store commonly referred to as REI.

Employee was extremely rude. Uninviting and essentially created an environment for us to leave. There was no one in the store so I'm guessing we aren't alone in feeling pressured to leave. Won't go back. Plenty of options in the space.

Shopped here before. Went in to look at gear today with my daughter. There are clearly marked restrooms in The shop. The guy told her to go to the fast food place down the street to use the restroom. Total jerk. Good luck staying in business. We won’t be back.

Was in town visiting family and in need of some hiking gear. Prices were great, good variety of quality equipment, and customer service was top notch. Definitely would make this your first stop for all things outdoor. Locally owned shop too, so supporting small businesses!

Super friendly owners, my only complaint is the limited collection of climbing gear. If you're looking for hiking and backpacking stuff this place is perfect.

I love this store, just wish it was closer to where I live. Very friendly service so helpful and very knowledgeable about everything they sell. Helped me pick the right shoes for by bad knees and back. Definitely will be shopping here again. You guys deserve more than five stars actually.
