Our dog Trek received an appointment as expediently as possible. The examination for his allergy and the treatment was made clear and our aggressive dog was handled without any incident. The staff was professional and understanding.

Lovely doctors and techs. They work with you on dates and times. Reasonably priced. They even call the next day to check on your pet, super vet practice.

Awesome Staff.they are always so helpful, Great Vets, that take time with your animals, they also have a great boarding facility.

I was hopeful in finding a vet closer to home and saw that Kachina had gotten many positive reviews in the many years since I had been in last with my mother and her cat to have a terrible experience. I had made appointment several weeks out, with the explanation that my cat would be almost due for an arthritis shot and I understood I would need to have a full exam to have the injection done. At the time of my appointment I was told the vet refuses to do the injection because I am 3 days early. I explained that I am leaving the country and would rather her be a few days early than a week late in medication. This fell on deaf ears. At least I was able to get out without being charged $75 for a pointless exam. Keep looking if you’re on the quest for a new vet.

I have now taken both of my boys to Kachina and not only did my dogs not cringe, but they were wagging their tails and on their best behavior for the doctor. I'm so glad that I finally found a pet hospital where my boys aren't scared. Great Job Kachina!

Friendly, courteous and showed me the cost of the treatment plan Before they began. Pricing is reasonable even with having to drive 40 miles. It was important to have him seen right away for an ongoing issue and his primary vet couldn't see him for another 4 days! (It was Friday) These guys got me in the same afternoon! I'm very grateful?

I love this vet well in fact all of the vets at this Animal Hospital and their staff. They have treated my German Shorthaired Pointer several times when I have been in Dewey, for an ear infection and they have trimmed his nails. They are very professional, and very friendly. They know and love dogs and cats and other animals. This week after almost 2 years of treating my Pointer for licking his feet with almost anything i could try, I visited Dr. Lynn. She gave Sabre an exam and wrote out the things she thought would help this problem. This is day 4 and Sabre hasn't tried licking his feet incessantly since we started his meds. She's great about listening and then making good decisions that help your pet and you. I don't know if the treatment will stop all licking but it's the first time in almost 2 years that he hasn't worn a muzzle to stop the licking and he's not licking at all. Thanks for helping me get my sanity back Dr. Lynn. And thanks to all the aides who were so patient during our appointment.

I took my dog to Kachina Animal Hospital after just moving to the area to get new flea * tick meds. They were very pleasant and easy to deal with. My dog loved its visit. I look forward to future service.

Dr. Lynn and her staff take vert good care of our 2 Labs and are professional, personable, and know their business. I can't see my boys going to another anytime in the near future.

Kachina was great with us when we had to put down our dog after only being in prescott for one week. We took our other two to them for check ups and vaccines. Staff is great. Dawn, vet tech was awesome. Vet, Dr Lynn was great. Took time and answered all our questions. Take your 4 leg family members here. You won't be disappointed.

Kachina Animal Clinic is awesome! All of the staff are very professional and they really care about your animal. I highly recommend it. They also board dogs too!

They take Wonderful care of your pets. They also take Wonderful care of your family in case of a tragic passing of a pet. They're compassion was very comforting when our dear Takoda went over the rainbow bridge. Kachina also has great pet boarding. Being worried about our "kids", we called and they told us about their day. Very stress relieving when you know your pets are staying at a hospital. Great service at low cost boarding. The health care services are a little high. Sometimes it seems they might be trying to sell something not needed. Overall it's a wonderful and trustworthy place for your pets.

I Had a 930 am appointment and they couldn’t see my cat until Lunch time around 1230 ish or 1 which is fine that’s no problem the problem is when you charge me $ 94 for a Drop off fee well I’m sorry I’m not waiting 3 hrs for my cat when I live less than a mile away I think this is wrong I’ve been bringing my Animals to you for years and I well find a New vet and I was told Dr Lynn said to charge this shame on you if you said too
