Dr. Fishbeck and associates really on top of their game when it comes to the quality of visits although Dr. Abigail is phenomenal when it comes to straightforward actions, remedies. Best Doc around! She Rocks!

Dr. Fischbeck is AWESOME!  He is knowledgeable in his field. I love how he listens and helps me. He does not just prescribe because you may think you need a certain medicine that you had in the past from a different doctor. He decides what is the best fit to heal. How lucky we found him years ago (8 or maybe 10) since we moved here to the Ahwatukee area. We've remained patients since. Why lose a great doctor that is hard to come by with his expertise? He has become someone I trust wholeheartedly. Dr. Fischbeck is thoroughly meticulous and the upmost professional. Anyone who is a patient or colleague is fortunate to have or learn from him and his caring heart and professionalism. Honestly, he is a die-hard Sun Devil and I am a die-hard WILDCAT. That is how good he is with his practice. That is all placed aside so I can get the best THE BEST updated medical care!
To add, the staff is friendly, I love how we have a phlebotomist available when we need blood work. The place is nice, updated and even has medical scans where you do not have to go the hospital for a quick visit. All in the office.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fischbeck for several years now and have always had positive experiences with him. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered and needs met. He performed my vasectomy about 3 years ago and the procedure went smoothly and the recovery was super quick. He even reached out to check on me the day after. I would highly recommend Dr. Fischbeck and I trust him with my medical care and that of my family.

I've been a patient of Doctor Fischbeck's for many years. His staff seems to be flexible at getting me even last minute appointments. I appreciate Dr Fischbeck's attention to detail and his ability to listen and counsel with me on treatment options. I've never felt rushed to leave and feel that he's always given me the time I need. I definitely recommend Kachina and specifically Dr Fischbeck!

I love my Dr.because he saved my life, literally! Dr. Jaron Fischbeck and his team are absolutely awesome! Dr. Fischbeck is the best Dr.ever because he loves his patients! They know you by name and everytime I go in for a Dr appt.they warmly receive me. What I love about this practice is that it's a family practice. They love adults and kids alike, even single people. The facility is always clean and the staff is always
neat in appearance. I recommend this family practice to everybody!

Update: Changed my rating to 5 stars. The reason why is Dr Fischbeck personally called me to hear my side of the story. He apoligized, explained what happened on his end and is making corrections so this does not happen again to other patients. A refund of the $75 is being made to our account. His quick response to our issue shows us that he genuinely cares about his patients.

Ok, I really want to like this office! But, it is hard to when I am billed for services that I apparently agreed to but did not realize it. Came in for a "free" flu shot. Had to fill out all new paperwork. A nurse came in, gave me the shot, checked my vitals and then talked to me a bit. I was mailed a $70 charge. Then the bill was mailed to the residence we lived at two years ago. We finally received it and my wife paid it. Just received another bill and charged a late fee on top of the service! They said it was never paid. I remember my wife on the phone paying it with a credit card. So now we are up to $75. They would not work with us on the billing. Doctor Fischbeck is wonderful but the office staff has really gone downhill with customer service and billing.

I did all my research looked forward to going to this Dr. Just to be told no. They need a hard copy of my insurance card. I lost it, I have a temporary card and they wouldn't accept that. How about you call to verify? Very disappointed. I won't be going back, never been given so much trouble before.

I've been to my share of physicians' offices. I love Kachina Family Practice, particularly Dr. Fischbeck. Evident in every office visit is his committed approach to providing efficient and quality healthcare. Seeing that, feeling that approach makes it incredibly easy to trust him with what I value most, the health and well being of my family. Thanks Doc.

They are so caring and attentive to everyone in my family. From the first person to greet you, the medical staff, through to billing. I have never experienced such authentic care from a doctor's office. Highly recommend them!

He"s the best Doc I've ever had, to the point, no nonsense doesn't waste my time! Very knowledgeable and answers all my questions! Been seeing Doc as PC for years now wont change!

I saw nurse practitioner Deborah. I was a little scared going into my appointment because of the symptoms I was having. She quickly figured out the symptoms were most likely related to a new medication I was taking. I am so grateful for her experience and knowledge. She also ordered blood work, that I was able to do with no wait, right in the office. She even offered to call me on Saturday with the results.

Terrible front office staff, very rude and condescending. They asked me if I was ok with a medical student following the Dr during the visit, only to discover the "medical student" was actually one of the front office staff daughters who was still in her undergraduate program at UofA (I recognized her from high school). Scary to think they were letting an undergrad with no medical training to sit in medical visits and go through charts.pretty sure that is a major HIPPA violation!

Went to have only a cough checked out; Deborah entered the exam room stating she had a cold and didn't want to make me worse so she would not shake my hand. However, when she did the exam, she never washed her hands, never put on plastic gloves or a mask. The day after my doctor's office visit, my just a cough turned into a really bad head cold. Spent new year's eve and new years day in bed feeling awful. Why do people go to work when they are sick?

I saw Dr. Fischbeck. As always, very friendly and he takes time to ask questions and diagnose my ailment. Great physician, friendly and takes time to talk with you about your health.

Dr Fishbeck is great! If you want to whine about waiting maybe you better go back to McDonald's and bring your breakfast.

As time moves on, I appreciate how this office is taking medicine and communication with it. The website and patient portal allow you to keep up to date on your needs as a patient. Well done!

My daughter was seen by Dr. Fischbeck, and we were very impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. He answered all of our questions, and we left his office with a good understanding of how to help her feel better. I would highly recommend this office!

The doctor doesn't even listen. I feel he never cares when things were concerning to me. I feel like I couldn't even talk about my symptoms without the doctor making me feel stressed, rushed and as if my medical concerns were insignificant!
