In the past, it would have taken a week or more to get an appointment with my primary doctor plus longer to get scans and referrals needed but not this time. Ramirez NP has helped me so much this year! She is professional, attentive, and effective with my medical needs. She replies to my messages and prescription refills in a timely manner, and she has helped me find specialists for other needs. I can see her in person or virtually depending on the situation. We saw her when my husband wasn’t feeling well. I needed him to get 110% better as he provides for our family. She created a medical plan for him and helped care for him quickly. Jenny even referred us with a home-visit IV provider to help with my husband’s speedy recovery. She kept in contact with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She thinks ahead and even offered to provide a sick note. She truly does look out for her patients.
