16My wait time for repair was 6 days during very cold weather. That is why I give a 4 star review. Dylan the technician diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable. Dylan would have received a 5 star review.
Outstanding company and techs! We ended up talking his ear off because my husband and I both really liked him! He was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem quickly!
Brandon and Anthony came out to install my new package unit man. Could these boys work! They handled business and got my unit, heating and cooling and a very short time. I am more than pleased with the work kappa air has done today will be using from now on
Terrible. They were dispatched by my home warranty company. Diagnosed my problem as having an incompatible thermostat because the tech said I have a heat pump. It is not a heat pump! The thermostat worked fine before and after another company repaired my electric furnace. This company is incompetent.
DO NOT USE. My home warranty company scheduled them to come out and do some repairs, and we were told that it would take about 6 hours with a long list of repairs that needed to be done, included 100s of dollars of repairs that the home warranty company wouldn't cover, so we had to pay out of pocket for. On the day of, the techs were only here for 1.5 hours. I contacted the company using the number we were told to text, asking them if all the work had been completed. Radio silence. They didn't answer the phone, and the voice mailbox was full, so they were impossible to contact. Come to find out, they had done very little of what they'd charged for. The are dishonest and scammy. Our home warranty company has since dropped them if that's any indication of their quality of work. Would not recommend unless you are looking to have your time wasted and money stolen.
Did not show up last minute! You have to make up for your failure to meet a scheduled appointment. Asking customers to wait for additional days/weeks after you screw up is unprofessional. There is a word called Accountability. Poor service!
Anthony from Kappa Air was great. He found the problem why we had no heat and repaired it quickly. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional, and also provided some recommendations for additional improvements to our heating system with an excellent explanation including photos, with no pressure. We would use Kappa Air again.
The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing and able to explain in easy terms so I understood. Very pleased with the service.
Poor customer service. They scheduled us 5 days out and when it was their scheduled time to come out they said they couldn’t come and won’t be able to schedule us in for another 5 days.
Brandon & Angel We’re absolutely amazing very respectful and professional. They fixed my heat in no time. Brandon kept me informed every step of the way, and I really do appreciate their honesty and their hard work.

Great job servicing my HVAC system and even going the extra mile to help me with an extra task. Excellent customer service and honest assessment of the current state of my air and heating systems when another company tried to say I needed a whole new unit!
Brandon was great. Very knowledgeable, responsive and resourceful. While my claim wasn't covered, he went the extra mile checking with his manager for alternative solutions to my problem and followed up with me first thing the next morning. I'll contact Kappa-Air when I have a problem next time for sure.
Omg they have done three evaluations and keep not sending the info to the home warranty keeps closing out. Kappa is not talking to them and we have have to keep calling to reopen the case.
I had an amazing experience with the technician Brandon, he was extremely professional and able to get my a/c back up and running in no time. I just moved here from Detroit so I am not used to having these type of issues. This young man deserves a raise he really made this experience seamless and the service was a 10/10.
