Signed a lease contract as a landlord, only for there service to screen clients, and they missplaced it loosing 2 weeks of finding a renter, then i myself found a renter and didnt get reimbursement for it, and didnt realize that i was going to pay 8% for the lease contract that totaled almost 1000.00 for the year even though all they did was screen the client.lesson learned! @
