Katharine is the absolute best! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and she is so down to earth. I never feel rushed, judged or stupid for asking questions regarding my visit. I highly recommended her to anyone looking for a new PCP.

I have been seeing Kathleen Castillo for at least five years now. She’s always very engaging and caring. Kathleen and her medical assistant, Joanne, make a great team!

Dr Castillo is always available not to mention she listens which is rare. Her staff is always top tier. I don’t think I would go anywhere else I’ve been coming here for 20 years

Katharine is so thorough and has a really great bedside manner. I highly suggest considering her as your care provider, but do it soon! She is hard to get on as a new patient because she is so good.

I find it hard to believe this office has a legitimate 4.9 rating. This has not been my experience with my Mother. Something as small as a call back, in a timely manner, as urgent, is impossible. Mom also went without vital medicine because the assistant didn’t believe me when I said she needed to call pharmacy. If such little care and regard is given to a 76 year old Mother, Grandmother, do you really want them as your “caregiver”?

I've been a patient of Dr Castillo for many years now. She is always professional, kind, and really listens to your concerns. She offers helpful insight and ideas. Her staff are kind, professional, and they too, listen to whatever you have to say, be it large or small, they are always there for you. Love this team!
