I will NEVER get state farm insurance EVER AGAIN. My rates double for supposed mistakes made in the office and an address change literally 0.03 miles away from the previous in the same zipcode and housing development. I cancelled the policy and 2 months later still dont have a refund check. I call both the office and corporate and they go back and forth blaming each other for the mistake. Corporate says the office didnt confirm the need of now a 3rd check to be sent, the office says they have check numbers to prove corporate is lying.meanwhile i still dont have my money. Save yourself from these childish practices and dont waste your money!
