Katrina's Bridal, Tucson AZ

This place was incredibly horrible. The lady was very racist and told us she knew she couldn’t sell to us as soon as we walked im because we were Mexican. The dresses were dirty and not much of a variety. There was a dirty mess everywhere! The lady wasn’t understanding at all and wanted everything to go her way. She was not helpful nor positive at all, but instead was very controlling and had such an ugly and hideous attitude! She even got aggressive and started yelling very loudly in our face. On top of that the lady even threw the dress at me. Amazingly poor service and store system. I’m glad we took our money someplace way better with the right care and assistance we needed! Extremely nasty, dishonest, and aggressive owner! The lady was a micro monster! Very tiny person with a jaw dropping, drop dead, incredibly ugly personality! She’s micro but deadly…take it as my very heartfelt warning to not even consider thinking about giving this store service.

Horrible experience this lady is so disrespectful I never had a experience like this, she showed an evil side of her seriously I'm a respectfully woman and I was very shocked she kicked us out of the store screaming like a maniac.
