Bought my now wife's wedding and engagement rings. Had them set up automatic payments well above the minimum so that I could pay them off interest free. Didn't think about it again. Now I got hit with a thousand dollar interest hike. And going through the account, I'm seeing that they set up the auto pay in store as minimum payment only. I had 3 years to pay this off I'm almost 20 months in and they say my offer expired. I believe this falls under credit card fraud. Don't use these thieves.

Thank you so much to Kim S for always taking great care of us. Kim has helped my husband pick out my Engagement ring (2014), then help us pick out my wedding ring (2015). Recently I had my ring checked Kim noticed 1 stone was loose. She informed me & took care of it right away! We have bought other small items from Kim.
