Had the pleasure of working with Jeff H, he was very straightforward, and willing to work with us on what our needs were. He was also very kind and friendly to our two boys who were not the most excited to be there. We definitely recommend him.

The experience at Ken Garff Hyundai was excellent. I was apprehensive at first as most buyers are but was immediately greeted by an associate who introduced himself as Fernando Figueroa our salesman. After Showing us the Palisade he broke down all the electronics and neat features of the vehicle. Okay now let’s talk about brass tacks and how, cool it really was. Fernando and his team were very open honest and easy to negotiate with. No hassle yes again you’re negotiating but no mind splitting headache and I truly appreciate the work that Fernando and Christian did to help us out. I would be remissed to not mention Finance Sami T who took care of us as the marathon continues.

Thank you to the whole team at Ken Garff for getting us in our new Palisade you all are the real MVPs. Anyone in the Market for Hyundai, this is the place to do it!

I initially would have given Ken Garff Hyundai of Surprise, AZ 1 star for dishonestly diagnosing my vehicle and poor communication. However, the service manager, Victor, got involved and personally made sure things were handled correctly after the initial week of poor service, which is why I am giving 2 stars.
To explain, the first week there, I took my vehicle in for a transmission service for an appointment I set the week before. Even with an appointment, they told me it would take several days before they could check my car to diagnose the issue. I notified them that this was our only vehicle but they said I had to leave it and couldn't bring my car back in later when they were ready to service it. They also said they didn't have any cars I could rent at the time, so I had to purchase a rental vehicle on my own for the time being. After a few days, my service specialist called saying my vehicle needed a completely new transmission, that all my brake pads were bad and all my rotors were warped and needed replaced, and a few other small issues such as needing new windshield wipers. This was a red flag to me since my car was functioning fairly well other than the transmission, which ran but occasionally had a problem shifting. After thinking about it, I called to express my concerns and was told they'd call me back and that they'd check the warranty to see if any of it was covered, so I waited. And waited. After several days of waiting with no call back and while still renting a car, I tried calling and was told I would be called back again. After 24 hours I called again and decided to pick up my car and drive it somewhere else for a second opinion. Victor, the service manager then got involved. I shared my concerns of wrong diagnostics and poor communication. Victor admitted that the whole transmission isn't bad, rather, just a part in the transmission needed replacing and that the protocol was to simply replace the whole thing. The next day Victor stated my transmission was approved for being replaced by Hyundai and that they'd provide me a free rental car while my car was being serviced if I brought it back in. Though hesitant, I appreciated Victor's explanation and willingness to make it better. Victor oversaw the service and was excellent at communicating throughout. Victor even took time to diagnose and repair a part that wasn't in the initial diagnosis, and with my approval, fixed a sensor which had gone bad causing the dash airbag indicator to light up. Everything went smoothly under his care. Later, I personally completed my own brake service. As I suspected, the brake pads were low but not completely worn out. I mean, they never began squeaking yet, but I replaced them myself anyway. The rotors were inspected by a specialist and were not warped, none of them. But I had them run to refinish the surfaces. So why my original Ken Garff diagnosis said they were all badly warped was upsetting. Overall, I am thankful for Victor and his good service and communication, and I was tempted to give more stars, but after confirming an obviously dishonest diagnosis, I'm still weary of trusting their service technicians to provide good honest care.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant Tyler, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions and was informative about the car. We appreciate the great service he gave to us during the process. We are very happy with our purchase!

Hands down by far the best experience with Fernando Figueroa, very kind, helpful, honest and a family man. We had so many questions Fernando and the team really had the best support and knowledge. Recommend Fernando 100000% for sure! We mentioned what we wanted and what we needed and he delivered. We had our babies with us which became exhausting at the time of closing, he was very very helpful, patient and cared not only for us but the kids mainly. Thank you Fernando glad in doing business we now have a new car!

Shopping for a new car is always a stressful endeavor, especially for a single woman. You rely heavily on the integrity of the business.

BEWARE of this dealership’s tactics. Their advertised prices are deceiving. Their listed inventory was not available. The entire sales process was NOT founded on knowledge, transparency, or clear communications.

The sales representative had advised me that the vehicle I decided on came with an anti-theft feature, but failed to mention that it was not an OPTIONAL feature. Nobody told me that it was going to be an additional charge of $3,650 on top of the base price. This came after I had vehemently stated that I DID NOT want all the warranty.

Halfway through the electronic signing process, the loan officer stated that she had given me the wrong bank term documents. She proceeded to leave the office to consult with management. Upon her return, the loan officer stated that some of the documents had to be re-signed. Again, I asked to remove some of the warranty terms again after I saw that they had been put back on the ledger. For the third and final time, the loan officer had re-drafted the documents. At this point, I had already spent more than enough time with these people and their alleged ‘mistakes’ in the documents.

Within 12 hours after leaving the dealership, I reviewed the documents out of fear that more ‘mistakes’ may have been made. It was then that I realized that there were additional charges on the documents. I immediately reached out directly to several managers over a 3-day period to discuss the situation. I went back to the dealership early the next day, and then finally had to put in time at work to go there on Monday and Tuesday morning to address this.

During this process, I was lied to, insulted, humiliated, intimidated, and bullied. When I asked a very arrogant manager about their business values, I was flat-out told that it is all about making money for them and that “I am an adult and know what I did. ” I have never been so insulted, especially since I chose this place because their website clearly promotes having a good Woman to Woman vehicle buying experience.

There are so many car dealerships in the Phoenix Metro area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I understand that someone from the dealership will reply and try to make a public apology, ‘thanking me for my feedback’ or maybe even try to offer a solution. That is just for show.

I understand most car dealers can be a bit slimey but these guys take the cake!
They were already a bit rude from the beginning which should have been a red flag. We found a great car, got quoted a price, got it fully checked out, and once we were ready to close the deal they sent us an invoice that was completely different from what we originally agreed on! They tacked on a bunch of unnecessary fees and once we called out Josh for it, all he had to say was “hey well we gotta make money somehow. ” Him admitting that his business strategy is tricking people was crazy to hear. Not to mention the car they hooked us in with originally had 26k miles on it on the website; when they sent that ridiculous invoice it all of the sudden had 32k miles on it.

I tried to order a part from this place online, only 20 mins after I placed the order it was canceled because it was the wrong part. I don't know what kind of psychics they have working here to determine that I ordered the wrong part without even looking at my car, but the sheer audacity to claim I was wrong without even asking me is insane.don't order parts from here, or anything actually. If the parts department can't figure out what parts go to what car, what hope is there that they will order the correct car you want. They'll just say, "oh no you didn't order the correct car.you want this one instead. "

I have so much to write. I will spare you and keep it short. My car was kept for over two weeks while a part was ordered. When I got my car back, the job was not completed in its entirety and there was damage to my vehicle. I brought it back for the job to be completed and damaged to be fixed. Damage was never fixed. Dealership is saying it was preexisting and will not take responsibility. Also, will not forward photos of their evidence and the cameras don’t go back far enough. Hmmm? It was less than a month ago. No integrity. Will not be returning.

My son and I came to that fork in the road. His current car was breaking down more often and the cost of repairs was bringing him down. Time for a newer auto, now his first car was something I'd selected. This time I gave him greater input. He mentored that he liked the Jeep Patriot. So off we went in search of a newer/ used auto. Fortunately, we were able to locate one at Ken Garff Hyundai in Surprise. The price was right and it fit into his budget. The whole experience was quick and somewhat painless. Painful in the my son works nights, which means he had to stay awake for this experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

5 STARS all around the board! I was able to get myself a 2024 Hyundai Elantra Limited! One hell of a car. Have had 2 Sonatas in the past as well. This location did fantastic with answering the million questions I had and we were able to make a great deal. Jaylen was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond and was more than knowledgeable and friendly, Andrew was very helpful on the phone and greeted me, Christian the manager was professional and able to secure a great sale, and Sami wrapped it all up with the finance!

Was told 1 hr service to replace glass in side mirror. Could probably be done in 15 mins. After 1.5 hrs I asked them to check on progress and was told the standard reply of "he's just finishing up". Another 15 mins.and I got my car back. This was even with an appt.
