Kendrick Mountain Trailhead reviews
12Kendrick mountain gives you incredible views and fast elevation gains. I like hiking kendrick as much as the sanfrancisco peaks.
Great hike! A nice alternative to Humphreys if you’re not ready for such a big challenge. My watch said it was 9.4 miles and about 2,500 feet of vertical gain. Nice smooth trail overall, definitely runnable. Took us about 3h 45min of moving time and closer to 4.5 hours overall stopping for breaks on the way up.
Maybe the perfect hike. Great trail, diverse flora, nice payoff at the end (Tower, views).
A wonderful hike. Not too easy, not too hard. Wonderful views all the way, especially at the top. About 3 hours up and 2 hours down.
If you're young and enjoy hiking enjoy yourself if you're a little bit older prepare to take your time
Long hike! The book says 8 miles but it was more like 12 to 15 according to my Health App. The views were worth the effort!
Great hike on a beautiful day. Steady uphill most of the way up, then a bit steeper towards the top that lead to some awesome 360° views.
Can't say enough good things about this beautiful trail. The weather gods blessed me with monsoon clouds and no rain as I made my way to the top at 10000 feet. The fire lookout tower caps the end of the trail and you can see far and wide including Mt Humphreys and the surrounding San Francisco Peaks. The trail is very manageable for the average hiker if you take your time and take breaks.
Wow just wow this is a very difficult hike it was about 9.6 miles going up and back BE PREPARED you need alot of WATER and bring some snacks although its a very beautiful place its difficult to get up there and the elevation change is over 2000 so be prepared took us around 7 hours in total and 6 hours of hiking
Great hike, but between me being a bit out of shape, the altitude and the heat we only made it about an hour in. Beautiful though, and great views even if you don't make it to the top!
Beautiful trail and an incredible look out from the peak! You can see all the way to the Grand Canyon.
