Place is terrible. Management is terrible. I lost all my things because they were deceitful. The place is also unsafe as far as fire safety is concerned. DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT live here. Don't sign a lease. They will RUIN your credit. Don't take my word for it. Read the ACTUAL reviews and be weary of the FAKE 5 star ones.

I have had a really bad experience living here, which makes me so sad because I was so excited when I moved in.

Parking has been a huge issue for me the entire time I have lived here. I have had guests stay over several times, paid extra for their parking passes, yet their car is still stickered the next morning. They make it impossible to have guests park overnight without any issues. I have been charged for extra parking passes even when I did not have a guest. Most frustrating of all, random people park in the spot that I pay for all the time and nothing is ever done about it. The 24/7 towing enforced signs are a complete joke, they will not tow anyone’s car that is parked in the wrong spot. This happens so often and it is extremely frustrating because the parking spots are so expensive. It is a huge inconvenience to drive up to my spot, have to turn around in the tiny garage, drive back down to the guest parking (hoping there is a spot available, which there is often not), then go down to the front desk to get a guest parking pass even though I am not a guest, then go back to the garage to put the pass in my car. I have had to park on the guest floor for days at a time because someone else was parked in my spot, and I’ve had my own car stickered even though I pay over $100 every month to park here. If there are no spots on the guest floor available, they expect you to pay to park on the street.

The HVAC in my apartment is broken several days EACH WEEK, and despite this happening over and over again to many residents, they have not fixed it. This means I have no heat or air conditioning for days at a time, every week.

The hallways are full of trash and other people’s old food. The walls are paper thin, and they do work on the neighboring empty units all the time which is extremely loud. I have had a ton of maintenance issues in my unit as well. My dryer is broken so none of my clothes will dry unless I run them on timed dry for 2+ hours three times in a row (which is just running up my electric bill). My sink completely collapsed and came detached from the counter and fell into the cabinet. The counter in my bathroom is detaching from the wall.

The closets cannot close if you have any hangers inside them. They were made too small to do so. The windows in the apartments do not open. Several of the machines in the gym have been broken for months.

Most annoyingly, my fob very frequently does not work. There have been several occasions where I could not get into my own apartment, or I was stuck in the elevator because I could not fob myself to any floor other than the first.

I would suggest that anyone who is looking to live in an apartment in downtown Phoenix — look elsewhere. It is extremely expensive to live here, and it’s not worth the money. The constant issues are a huge inconvenience and added stress. I’m really looking forward to moving out.

Was very interested. Felt very "upsold" by ;leasing agent; like overall so applied; went back the next day; made very clear what I wanted to see; ie) views from similar units from similar views, as well as specific floor plan consistent with what I applied for; turns out the adviertised "available now" units are not yet available as maintenance is backlogged; that's fine; yet in 2023 one would expect that the website could be kept current in real time; and front desk staff was noticable rude to two different residents while I was waiting to see apartment. I ended up meeting with Millie, property manager, who apologized yet recognized the issue and even showed me a unit that was not ready; all that said, I walked away with a very uncomfortable feeling; I emailed property today prior to hours; it is now after hours and my email went unanswered. It seems like a great place to live; yet customer service, as witnessed to current residents, and experienced by prospective resident, was abismal. Abismal is a strong word; I chose it carefully.

I have lived at Kenect for about a year and even though it is a nice place to live, there are some major issues with the staff. The first Issue I had was actually on my move-in day. When I arrived, my room was not ready. When I walked in, there was a cleaning crew still working to prepare the room. It wasn't too big of a deal, just a little inconvenient. The maintenance staff has been quite challenging to work with as well. A few months into my lease shower started having issues. Many times it would not turn on or there would be a very loud rattling noise when I turned it on. I spoke personally to the maintenance staff as well as submitted multiple maintenance requests and months later it is still not fixed. Getting in touch with the leasing office is also very difficult. In my experience, it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone and the average response time to an email is around 10-14 days. Trying to talk to them in person can also be a struggle as they are often in meetings or not in the office. Perhaps the biggest issue I've had while living at Kenect is when a staff member, without me telling him/her to do so, put a move-out notice on my account.

Kenect has a lot of potential to be a great place to live, but unfortunately, the staff is holding it back.

My experience at Kenect Pheonix was ok. However, the end was not. Indeed, I am still fighting to get my secure deposit back since a couple of months despite all the things were in order when I left the appartment and check with them (I moved out in June). The management doesn't seem to check their emails and doesn't take the time to answer you even if on your side you are offering them different possibilities to solve the problem. That is very disappointing and frustrating because the secure deposit is a huge amount of money.

My friend and I both live in Kenect and decided to move into a unit together. The staff was very helpful, quick, and organized in getting us a new unit. Abraham, Darren, Ryan, Milly, and Toby, were all very helpful and accommodating throughout the process, along with all other staff members. Highly recommend this building!

Zack and Camary made me jump through a bunch of hoops just for one paper to hold me back when they could’ve told me that from the jump or that I needed to pay it. Payed it for them and they still didn’t approve me. I’ve had apartments 3x more expensive that didn’t put me through two weeks of hell.

I’ve been here just a few months and could NOT be happier. Shout out to Yesenia for truly going above and beyond to make the residents feel like family, it truly means the world to me as a healthcare traveler. The amenities here truly make this place an absolute gem

Poorly managed, something's always breaking, super expensive for small apartments, and if you're enrolled in autopay, they will occasionally charge you twice for one month, wait for you to bring it to their attention, and then take a month to refund you the second charge. I'm going to move when the lease is up

Kenect Phoenix is the best property in downtown Phoenix by far. Building is super clean and well managed. The staff is excellent and addresses issues immediately, the resident are respectful and courteous. Yesenia has been the best Leasing Agent, she is alway responsive and Attentive.

About downtown Phoenix, by far cleaner and safer than other major tech hubs on the west coast and in the southwest that I have spent extensive time in. Unlike other tech hubs' downtown areas, downtown Phoenix is not a food desert, grocery store is within walking distance. Tons of dining and entertainment options including major sports venues. Kenect Phoenix overlook ASU's downtown campus and is within walking distance as well. Kenect has a beautiful rooftop pool and 24hr fitness center!

The building is clean, has great amenities and is in the perfect location! Neighbors are friendly and the building often has fun community events that help the residents meet each other!

My heater went out and Matt responded right away. He helped explain why it wasn’t working, changed my air filter and gave me a space heater to use in the time between my heating getting fixed!

Not worth the money to live here. Expensive for cheap amenities. I heard my neighbors all the time through the walls, the construction at 5am and on the weekends, and the street constantly. No enjoyment from living here. Very poorly insulated from the inside and the outside. I have lived in other cities before and other buildings downtown and never been in a such a terrible building. I also had crickets the first day I moved in and once again management didn’t care and said that pest control comes and it’s “just natural and normal” to have crickets. Pest control never came when I put in a request. I have been to other buildings and it’s simply not the case.

This is long overdue, but let me just start by saying Yesenia has been amazing from the very beginning. She instantly made us feel comfortable. When she took us on the tour of the building, we knew this was going to be our home, and Yesenia couldn’t have made that process any easier. We’ve been living here for almost a month now and she still goes above and beyond for us!

Moving to kenect has been the best decision. I’m so thankful to live in a complex where all the staff makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Mariah is such a sweetheart and has been my go to girl since day one. I love her! Amazing amenities, friendly and social environment, wonderful location!

I was in a bind for a short term rental, while I shopped for a townhouse/condo, and I was able to get accommodated almost immediately, with short notice. Yesenia, from the office, was helpful, and punctual, with the entire seamless process!

The apartment is great and modern! Close to school and Fry’s so it’s very convenient and safe. Mariah, Yessenia, and Zack are so nice and helpful. The pool is very nice and the building is quiet.
