Our car broke down while traveling. Justin was responsive, honest and great at communicating what was going on. The price was fair and they got us out in a hurry, which was amazing as it was last minute. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I did not get my vehicle worked on this time but when I came by for the first time they were super helpful! The guy up front was nice enough to throw it up on the rack to check out some noises. He answered the questions with solutions and had it down in no time. Best quality I saw while I was there was their level of professionalism. They gave me confidence on where to bring in my next repair.

They were able to work me in for an oil change without an appointment. They discussed things found on my vehicle during their inspection and options available to address them. All this Without the high pressure sales pitch! Thank you Kerry's!

I went to go get an oil change and I have been coming to Kelly’s car care for the past 6 months to get all my service done. Mike the “manager” insisted that I have to get my oil pan fixed and I can not leave until I do. They broke my drain plug and he insisted that he fixes everything wrong with my car. I went in Thursday afternoon, I did not get my car back until Saturday afternoon. He kept lying to my father and kept changing his story. They broke my drain plug and they still charged me for it. I only wanted my drain replaced (which they broke) and he still wanted to charge me 600 dollars because he assumed that I wanted my oil pan gasket replaced since I agreed upon it. If you got time to wait for an oil change and have them pressure you down the throat to get something fixed and leave your car there for 2 days, go to Kelly’s Car Care. Had to pay 200 dollars for something that I never touched, and they still insisted on charging me for it! SCAMMERS!

Oil change is the same price as i could do myself and the whole thing only took 2 hours (during rush hour too) from start to finish! Front desk man was extremely knowledgable and friendly to talk to. These guys literally service all cars all years! Color me impressed. They'll be seeing more of me real soon.

Kerry’s is definitely my favorite for car care! Employees are very friendly and honest and aren’t pushy with additional work!

Very genuine and helpful guys and they dang well know how to get your car repair done. They were the only thing I liked about Phoenix! Hope they open a shop in Pahrump! They have a very nice waiting room and coffee bar. They have a shuttle. They know how to treat customers right. Fast rule. When you find a great mechanic keep him (or her).

BEST OIL CHANGE SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD! Kerry's is awesome. They got me in same-day. I wasn't pressured into anything extra or given a sales pitch. These guys were respectful, professional and fast! They also Shuttled me home while I waited, and picked me up when my car was ready.

I have gone to them for an oil change and a battery replacement. Both times they were friendly and had the work done quickly! They didn’t try to sell me things I don’t need, which I appreciate. They have a comfortable waiting area as well. I will continue to go to them for all my car needs.
