Advisor was polite and considerate. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. Oil change was performed in a timely manner. Great job!

I originally brought in my vehicle for a coolant leak, shaky engine and white smoke coming out. I was told it was an engine block and that it needed to be replaced. I was told it would be approximately 7,000 dollars. They supposedly fixed the problem. I brought it back in about a week later for the same problem and they said that nothing was wrong. I took it back again in a couple days after that as the check engine light came on. They said the code was the same as before, but it they would clean the engine and reset the light. I had to bring it again when the check engine light returned. I bought in a few more times and they they supposedly kept fixing it and now they say that it needs a new engine since the coolant flooded the engine. Which they admitted to doing when they tried to diagnose it. The lady, Kelly, is very rude and would not take my calls whenever I asked to speak to her as she was always out of the office on a family emergency. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I was referred by O’Reilly’s after my check engine light came on in my car. Every interaction with Kerry’s was positive. Daniel interacted with me and explained the issues concerning my car. He provided a Lyft that was complementary so I wouldn’t have to sit at the shop. Once my car was ready, he arranged for a ride back. My car is now running well. I will return to Kerry’s for any further auto issues.

I was greeted warmly and welcomed into their place by Kimberley on 10/23. After dealing with some unfortunate events that happened within that week. She made my visit go smoothly. At the time, I was tight on money and couldn’t afford the required oil for my car, which made me choose a cheaper oil. However, Kimberley decided to help me by giving me a discount and pitched in to afford the required oil service my car needed. She didn’t have to do that for me, but did it anyways. It was truly a blessing working with her. Thank you Kimberley!

This was my first experience with Kerry's Car Care. And it was a great experience from the moment that I walked through the door until I walked out. They diagnosed my car's issue in minutes and had me on my way within an hour including a full vehicle inspection. And the cost was very reasonable. I definitely will be going back for future repairs.

Just swung by for an oil change. While waiting, they popped over and claimed my front brake pads were nearly worn to metal-on-metal, quoting a hefty $900+ for replacements. I passed, thinking I'd tackle it solo. Got the gear, new pads, and dove in. Turns out, the pads weren't nearly as worn as they said—nowhere close to metal-on-metal. This kind of thing's why folks lose trust in mechanic shops.

Hi I had a wonderful experience there after being misled by other mechanics I decided to try this place. From the moment you walk in they have a beautiful clean waiting area customer service is top-notch. Kimberly is professional and a sweetheart. Now Daniel too many good things to say but to start with he's honest professional shows you what's wrong tells you what you need now, what can wait I have a 23-year-old car. And I told them if you could just fix what needs done now. My car runs amazing I will never go anywhere else being a woman sometimes it's hard when mechanics think that you just don't know anything about cars, which I probably don't know very much I would trust this establishment and recommend 100%. This is the second time I've had my oil changed here. I set a same day schedule and was in and out in probably 30 min! Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. I would definitely come here again

Shayla was extremely nice and the team here changed the oil, air filter, and inspected things I had concerns about all under 40 minutes. Highly recommend coming here.
