KFC, Safford AZ

Just too expensive for me to do that often unless there's a coupon. You get coupon on tray after order. Maybe online but I don't want to search for deals just give the option.

Waited 30 minutes just to order a large fries I was the only one in line was ignored by the night manager she was very rude they need to do something about these managers here also my fries were cold

So my husband went in and this mexican fat woman that worked there was very rude, argumentive to her employees and customers, will never ever go back.she needs not only an attitude adjustment and probably fired! Is this how we train ppl and train them to be rude and disrespectful? Especially the money they make!

Food was super tasty crispy chicken, Cole slaw cold crisp and fresh. I was happy with my meal but could have provided more napkins and honey for roll.

Could not do the job right if their lives depended on it. Third strike your out. 3 separate times I've given benefit of the doubt and every time they leave out part of my order and charge me for it just the same. Maybe staff should stop sneaking off to dispensary next door on lunch breaks

I am still baffled at the fact that no matter where I go, if I'm going through a drive thru- I get parked. Why? Good was ok. Fries were not fresh. Why have fries? Why do we have to pay extra for the sides now? I can't sub my fries for sides. Too pricey for people looking for a good deal.

Can't believe how much the cost of chicken fingers has gone up. Good stuff but wow. 12 for $25+

Unclean in kitchen, lobby, when manager posts on back white board for everyone to see, I would be worried!

Iy aint no Burger King You don't get your food your way you get it like they sell it to you, like it or not. I choose to ose eat it so i returned it. Nobody knew how to make a refund so had to call manager and still took almost a half hour.

Asked for sauce didnt get anything and ordered it with the meal ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles got pickles wanted to wip my hands no napkins very poor service

Ordered extra crispy, got original. Ordered a large side of Mac n cheese and it was only half full. The guys working on May 17th were very unprofessional, there were 3 having a good laugh at my expense. I won't be back! Also they put a wing in the leg and thigh meal. Corporate needs to let us substitute in the specials, 2 potatoes and gravy were too much.

KFC has gone downhill in the past couple of years. The workers themselves have been rude and incompetent to say the least. They don't know how to put ice in a bag. Every time I've went I've had to explain it to them. They bag hot food with cold food. And you have to check your order multiple times to make sure that it is correct.

Always, Always, mess up order or the best excuse, "We are out of Chicken". Nope still same after 1 year.

Updated interior, very clean, good bathrooms, friendly and decently fast service, cutely decorated for holidays. Good, hot food.

Everything went well. The chicken tasted very well.
Remember to give napkins and salt.

It's getting more expensive for less quality. Through the drive through they always forget your sause if they ask, so definitely double check and ask them again when you get to the window. They also have forgotten random other items too.

This is the second time we’ve visited this KFC in Safford. The first time we were treated so rudely by the person working the drive through lane, we drove off, without ordering. The second time the girl at the drive through window was friendly enough at first, but advised us they were out of white meat. When we asked if they’d make up for the amount of white meat that’s lost (breasts are substantially larger than thighs & wings, after all), we were not just told no, but to “take it or leave it. ”
I do not know what’s happened to customer service in the fast food industry, but a simple course in how to handle these situations would go very far. KFC in Safford lost our $40+ again today, and the reason isn’t the food quality, it’s 100% the service. How people are treated is equivalent to the success of a customer service oriented business. Without it, I just don’t see how any business can survive.

My husband and I both got the chicken sandwich, one spicy, one regular with fries. They were both really good. Would definitely get again.

UPDATE: They have been less than reliable now. They either don't understand what we are ordering & just nod their heads, or they are very careless in mixing up our orders. Over the last 4+ months our orders have never been correct. And the chicken is greasy like the oil is at the wrong temp. My husband says we aren't going back for several months. Maybe their staff will have changed by then.

I've been to a few KFC's before, but never was I served so fast with fresh, hot food before! Usually I find I'm competing with the drive-thru and having to wait 20+ minutes. I was in and out in under 5! Thanks guys! Keep up the fast, friendly service, and thanks for realizing that you have more customers than what's in the drive-thru!
