This is going to be kind of long… I’m very sorry…
Going to this location is awful. Unfortunately it’s the closest to where I live and I have always loved KFC. It’s a great memory of my grandmother because it was her favorite and at least twice a month we’d go have lunch there up until the day she passed away.

This location is horrible! On MANY occasions of at least a dozen occasions I have had issues. They close early, not just 10/15 minutes early but an hour is so early. They always say they never have chicken and they’re only serving drinks “for now”. I just went there today October 3rd, 2023. I tried ordering an extra crispy breast, thigh and leg for my children and I to share. I was also getting macaroni and cheese.

First they said okay. Then came back in the drive thru speaker and said they don’t have the chicken and it’s be a 20 minute wait. I said okay that’s fine. She was very rude and said “I said we don’t have the chicken”. I said ya I know I don’t mind waiting 20 minutes. Then she said “okay well can you wait in the lobby because we forget some people orders if they’re waiting in the parking lot long term”. I said well I have kids in my truck so can I wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes and then come inside for the last 5 minutes? She said “Ya okay”. Then as I’m finishing up my order she said “ahold on just a minute let me check something”. I said okay. She came back on and said “It’s actually going to be about 35 to 40 minutes for the chicken because you want extra crispy and we need you in the lobby”…

After that and after experiencing her attitude and talking to me like I wasn’t good enough or like I was lower than her. I just said “That’s okay don’t worry about it we’ll go somewhere else thank you” she said “Ya Okay”.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location, the only reason I kept trying to give them a chance is because it’s close to my house and I like KFC. To go to a different location I will have to drive about 20/25 minutes roughly.

The embarrassing thing about it was I started crying when I left. I wasn’t crying because God forbid they didn’t have my chicken but the way the two girls were talking to me. I’m normally not like that but how they were talking to me just got to me.

This place need new management and new workers. Maybe people that take pride in their jobs. I worked fast food for so long to support my kids and considering they make A LOT more now than I did then, they should really take more pride in what they do. Or at least be nice and fake it so their customers don’t feel that.

Hoping y’all change! And whatever is going on in your life that you feel you have to have an attitude towards someone you don’t know, I pray God blesses you in ways you can’t imagine. Report this franchise owner to KFC. They run possibly the worst fast food restaurant of any kind (not just KFC brand). I went to get their new wings at $4.99 as advertised on their website. Was told, no, sorry you have to order as a combo - which of course was $9.99. Can't just oder the wings alone, even though the website clearly says you can (even DoorDash shows you can buy them without getting them as a combo). Then I tried to upsize my fries in the combo. "No, sorry, our system doesn't allow us to do that". What is wrong with this place and franchise owner? The employee could have cared less. They looked high. I've reported the franchise owner to KFC. We'll see if I get a response.

I am not one to give a bad review unless it's really really bad service. So I go thru the drive thru 630pm. Actually no body in the line. Get to the window realize. That the coupon I had wasn't what I wanted. Wait at the window honk nobody comes back. Pull into the front send my son in with the food. We decide that they get all the food. Switch my order and willing to pay the difference. 30 mins later still waiting. They was rude the worst customer service ever.

Employees are very disrespectful. They spit in my food because i asked for a extra order after my original order. It was visible when I got home. I'm sure it happens everywhere but other places try to hide it atleast. They made sure I saw the spit on my chicken strip. So I called and asked to speak to the manager. Just wanted to let her know that someone was capable of doing that and wanted me to see what they did. She laughed said sorry then while hanging up talked to Miranda saying you got caught. Laughing the whole time. Needless to say I threw away the food and will not go back. I would warn everyone about going there too.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would! We’ve gone there 3 days in a row all at different times one time being around 7pm, we were told they had no chicken! Excuse me WHAT? ! Worst KFC I have ever been to!

Didn't have original got crispy 8 pcs half over cook, biscuits weren't cooked thoroughly

3: 30 pm today, September 2nd. The drive thru was "down, " so we ordered inside. Saw the young man working behind the counter toss a lady's order to her and be very rude. The young lady who handed me my order was not polite. At least the young lady who took my order was kind. The nuggets that I received were merely warm, not hot. Guys. If you don't like your job, just work somewhere else. You don't have to be here, and you definitely do not deserve to be paid anywhere near $11 an hour.not even $5 an hour with those attitudes. I wouldn't even hire you. If you can't even handle being polite and giving someone her order nicely, what makes you think you can handle something harder or you deserve something better? You're shaming the business and yourselves. You wouldn't want people to treat you that way, so please stop the nonsense and take your jobs seriously. At least try to make your families proud.

I do not recommend this place to anybody!
I placed an order online pick up was at 4: 30 PM when I got there. The lady said there was no chicken ready to wait out front. No problem…an 1and 15 minutes later still no order. I can clearly see through the window the useless general manager, laughing and giggling, drinking and eating horse playing with the younger employees (smacking them with a towel) had no care in the world. Was told there was only one cook which was the reason why there’s no chicken made and they were so behind on orders so freaking ridiculous. This place should seriously get shut down they seriously need new management and more employees.

Ordered 5 chicken strips. Got 2 strips and 3 pieces of popcorn chicken. Should have known better than to come here again.

Dont waste your time, or even get your hopes up for kfc if this is the one you plan on visiting. Ive gone a few times since moving to the area and ive only gotten food there once. From 1hr waits for original chicken, to being out of soda, no mashed potatoes, drive thru is down, and whatever other excuses this store can concoct in order to not do their jobs. If i owned this franchise id fore the entire crew and start fresh with new guidlines. Never returning to this location.

So I DoorDash frequently and multiple times I have been to this store after 8pm. Multiple times I have been told “we don’t have the stuff in the order”. Okay, so do you have anything of similar value to replace these items? So I can give the customer an option to get something else instead? They respond “uhm no we don’t have anything”. YOU DON’T HAVE ANYTHING? Out of food. Store states they are open until 11pm on a big sign out front and they look like they have basically closed the store by 9pm. How are you going to run out of the only food you supply at this kind of restaurant? Chicken. I was offered Mac & Cheese as the only food item they had available. Could only imagine how old and crusty that Mac probably was. Seriously? Don’t waste your time with this place. If you order DoorDash I’d recommend not ordering from here late at night. Your order will most likely not be fulfilled and result in a cancellation. Staff is rude and not accommodating at all.

UPDATE:
2023 - As a delivery driver for DoorDash, I’ve gone to this location multiple times and have been told they are “out of food; all of it”, “we only have Mac n cheese left”, and my all time favorite that happens the most …. “We are out of chicken”.
WHAT? …. AGAIN? For the 3rd time this week? ITS ONLY WEDNESDAY. They demand that the driver, or the customer cancels the order so it doesn’t have to be cancelled on the kfc end which would affect them on DoorDash. They don’t update their online menu so orders are being placed back to back to back, just to have to spend 30 minutes on the phone with DoorDash support to explain that KFC is not cooperating and has no food, again. The employees are rude, to all customers. They also love to let you place an order in the drive thru, not tell you they’re out of most items, for you to get all the way home and see that you paid for multiple MEALS, being sent home with maybe 1 piece of chicken and a bunch of potatoes. It’s truly unbelievable, until you go yourself. My advice? Don’t make that mistake.

2020 - This KFC location is by far the worst I have ever been to. They rush you through the drive line every time due to a “timer” that they make very clear they need to maintain. The order is wrong, in multiple ways, every time I’ve gone.

The workers were incredibly rude. My grandma can’t see the menu very well, and they were continually rushing her to place her order due to “a timer” they have to maintain. They were sure to let us know that we were messing that time up that they “work so hard to maintain. ” Then while they were in such a hurry to maintain that timer, they managed to screw up our order. Not that it matters, but grandma wasn’t really thrilled. She’s down here visiting from MN and Arizona KFC made her not want to eat out down here again, so thanks for that.

Every time I go in they are out of something. Plus they didn't give everything that was supposed to be in the kids meal. They should have more than 1 option for kids meal besides Nuggets.

Says they close at 11 came by 10 pm and they said they have no chiken only fries super rude deff not going back

Out of soda, out of dipping sauce, coleslaw was extremely KFC. Glad I wasted my money on kfc.

Out of chicken at 7: 30 pm, I don't get that because they close at 11pm that's 4 hours with no chicken.
