The staff are also a lovely beautiful people.

Got coffee here on our vacation and had to go back the next day for another, had a large cappuccino with almond milk and hazelnut, I'm a coffee guy and believe me it kicked, noticed they had breakfast there but didn't try anything.

A medium latte for 10$? ! They also include a 12% service charge and then ask for a tip on top of it?

I understand a businesses overhead and expenses have gone up, but build it into your pricing and let me decide if I want to pay 10 for a drink before I order and get hit your hidden fee that is nowhere on your menu. Unfortunate loss of a locals support of your business.

The staff was so kind and it's a great little place to stay cozy and drink some coffee. My daughter loved the kids' hot chocolate!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Flagstaff. Great drinks. Great food. Seating inside, outside or drive thru (though it gets pretty backed up).

I work literally 2 minutes away (walking) and absolutely love to come here! It is so nice knowing there is a coffee shop that has lavender syrup! Our service was spectacular and the person taking our order was SO kind in helping us decide on what we wanted the very first time we came here. She suggested we try the lavender and white mocha iced coffee and it is the best drink I have ever gotten in my entire life. I come about 2-3 times a week now! I also love that they can add cream cheese to croissants! The cinnamon rolls and bagels were a huge hit with my friends who came with me this past weekend. This place is very helpful and always have the best coffee! The last time I came, I think there was a new guy working the drive thru (9-26-22 morning) and he accidentally put my coffee order in as caramel and lavender, so the coffee was not very good once I tasted it upon returning to work. However, I want to shout him out and say keep up the great work and keep learning! I can't wait to come back and try other things they have as well.

They not only serve great coffee and food, but their customer service is unmatched.genuine and friendly. With coffee shops on every corner, i will go out of my way to visit Kickstand no matter where I am. Highly recommended!

From great tasting coffee, awesome music to plenty of seating this place is the spot to be. The staff was polite and energetic. I'll be sure to make my way back if I ever return to Flagstaff.

Excellent service and really good food! We were recently in town using Flagstaff as a home base to explore the area, and they took wonderful care of seven hungry dudes everyday we were there (including a couple days when a few of us ordered lunch to go, as well as breakfast). We just had no need to stop anywhere else before hitting the road for the day.

The chorizo burritos seemed to be a favorite among the group, and the scones were stuffed full and delicious. Also, for a bunch of New Englanders, we were impressed with the quality of the bagels (something we take pretty seriously around here).

Espresso drinks are on the strong side. Taste burnt like Starbucks to me, but others dig it. Nice atmosphere and seating. WiFi is good enough for web browsing and light work, but not good enough for Zoom meetings with an upload speed of 2Mbps. Food is great. Ultimately, prices are very high: $9 for a 24oz iced Chai latte with almond milk? That alone keeps me from coming back. I'll drive or walk a little further for a more reasonable price.

Forget what those other reviewers said. The coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was really good too. We had the yogurt parfait which was really good as well. It was very spacious inside and had a lot of outdoor seating too

Coffee that tastes like coffee! Not overly sweet or milky. I've been here 4 times in a week.need I say more?
Staff is fun and friendly.

I’m giving the three stars based on the coffee (4 stars) and the breakfast burrito (2 stars). All the kids working there were really nice.

They add a 12% gratuity on top of your order. It took over 30 mins to receive my complete order. I received my drinks first and waited for my food. Then when the batista attempted to verify an order by the window, the person took MY order and sped away. So there I sat and waited for an entire replacement of my order after a couple of more wrong attempts with what exactly my order was so glad I was able to speak with someone and they worked it out. Thank you.

With working so close to Kickstand my coworkers and I go there almost daily for coffee. Usually I get the Elite and it's delicious every time.
My only disappointment is with the service. There have been several times where I have ordered breakfast sandwiches and it seems to take much longer than it should. I understand that when it's busy it can take a while, but when it's slower I don't understand the long wait.
The new manager is wonderful. He's very hands on with his team and is extremely friendly.

Food. The coffee we got was good, we also got a iced mate and that was just ok not my favorite. The zucchini walnut was good I just don’t like the fact that is made in a private home. Who regulates the cleaning standards there.

Customer service: The girl was very nice. The monitor menu’s were off and the other option was to browse the menu online. So we just asked what kind a coffee option they had. She was helpful explaining.

Building: Parking space is very limited but more spaces available out in the street free of charge. The inside is spacious and with a lot of seating tables. I just didn’t like the smell (old humid).

Ambiance: The place was very quite on Friday afternoon.

The breakfast burritos are alright. I like the BLTs. The drinks are pretty good depends on who makes 'em.
Certain employees be weird because I'm indigenous but the rest are dope. Its a nice place to chill and eat and talk.
